Locked Out (Lapidot Human AU)

~ Fourteen ~

Lapis PoV

When I woke up, Peridot wasn't beside me, nor downstairs, and after last night I'm kind of worried about everywhere that she goes, anything could happen. "Motherrrr~" I walk into my parents room seeing my mum drooling with her mouth wide open... 'omg this is perfect! Sorry mother my question will wait' I tip toe out of the room heading down stairs to the kitchen. "Extreme hot sause" I smirk mischievously and go to my parents bedroom again. I frown seeing my mums mouth shut now but... my mothers mouth was opened. 'Shes gping to kick me to my funeral.' I hesitate before deciding to do it. I wanted to pour a little droplet but the cap fell off and a huge clump of it fell in her mouth, my eyes widened and I rush outside the room.
"What- Lapis what are you? Oh no" my mum woke up looking at the mess I made and decided to join me behind the door. "This is your fault now She's going to be the one to burn the house down. She's either gonna kill me or you" I couldn't keep my laughter in. I let out a large snort and fell to the ground in laughter. My mum look at me horrified.
"LAPIS AND RUBY GARNET!!" My mother screams spitting out the hot sauce. My mum and I exchange glances before running out into the back garden. "Oh look its Peridot" I turn around and smile at Peridot who is lying on the ground fixing something.
"What are you both doing?" She asked.
My mum pointed upstairs to the bedroom. My mother looked beyond scary.
"Peri, help me escape!" I look down and she frowns.
"Take me with you!" My mum begs beside me. I raise an eyebrow.
"You're her wife"
"And you're her daughter!"
"Do you see what I'm getting at here? You are the one who always calms her down, sooo, See ya!" With that said I grabbed Peridot's hand and bolted it through to the front garden.

"Why were you running from Sapphire?" Peridot was very confused by our actions. I side smirk and keep looking ahead of us.
"Well I was looking for you and I was going to ask my mother but I seen an opportunity beside me when I saw my mums mouth was opened. I got some hot sause and when I went upstairs again her mouth was closed but my my mothers was opened and I wanted to put a small bit in but a whole bunch fell in and my mum woke up seeing that and decided to book it" I smiled and faced Peridot. She chuckled then fell into a great fit of laughter, which was very contagious and we both were laughing like maniacs.
"So, why were you in the garden?" I question Peri and she turns to me and blushes slightly. "Uh- its a little thing I'm working on, I want to make it special" she smiles before grabbing my hand and kissing it, it was my turn to blush. I really do- oh my goodness! I have to propose! Not like really propose but I want to tell Peridot how I really feel.
We kept on walking and I realised that it was in the direction of an abandoned Airport, This is gonna be fun.
I clasped our hands together and ran towards the broken entrance.
"WOAH! Lapis this is amazing" I look beside me to see the little gremlin had stars in her eyes. I couldn't help but smile happily at the site of her.
"Lets go have fun!" I run in the direction of the first aeroplane. "Lapis wait up!" Peridot chases behind me finally catching up.
"You know it would've been cooler to have sex here rather than on the roof last night" I giggle turning to see Peridot's bright red face.
"Well Lazuli, yesterday I had no idea this place existed." She stuck her tongue out and walked infront of me looking around the plane with a lot of graffiti.
It was nice, but kinda creepy. Plus it was a really nice warm day and the sun was shining brightly.
"Oh my god! LAPIS!" I rush over to see what she was looking at, it was and old comic?
"What?" I raise a questioning eyebrow.
"Its the first ever camp pinning heart comic book ever! No other one exists!" Oh no, she's nerding out again.
"Right- don't you have some at my house?"
"But this is different!"
"How?"
"Because its the most original signed by all the voice actors for the tv show down to the script writer and every animator!" I blush and smile happily at how happy and content she is. "Well-okay let's head back, there is something important I want to tell you" Peridot tilted her head suspiciously.
"You're not pregant are you?" I snorted and fell in laughter.
"Did you just say 'Pregant'?!" Her face turns red and she kicks nothing.
"N-no, but are you?"
"No peri, I'm not pregnant, and I won't be because we are lesbians" I poke her nose and head out the aeroplane.
"So what is it then?"
"A surprise"
"I hate surprises"
I roll my eyes and interlock our hands before we head out

"Okay can you tell me now!" Peridot has been asking the same damn question every 2 minutes.
"Peridot- No" The house soon comes into view and I've never been more happier to see my house, where I can rest my legs and watch movies and see my moth- oh my god my mother!
"Peri I need you to walk into the house first and shout to me what you see, okay?" I smile nervously, she shrugs in reply and opens the door.
"Clear" I nod, walking into the house instantly being tackled by my mother.
"Ah! You said it was clear" I yell to peri, she laughs and winks.
"I lied." She slowly walks to the kitchen purposely eating in front of me.
"Lapis! How dare you put hot chilli in my mouth! This is war!" My mother gets off of me and glares at my mum.
"Join team lapis" I whisper to my mum. She nods and tip toes towards me.
"I think sapphy got Peridot, they teamed up!" She whisper shouts, I dramatically fake gasp and laugh my mum joining in. This Is war.

This is really just a horrible chapter filled with boring stuff before i can move on to hit man peri ;)

Where it gets dramatic!

Oh it gets very dramatic btw and I totally did not foreshadow anything *nudge*
