These are just changes in this universe of the star wars galaxy and I will expand upon these changes in later books.
Clones have longer lifespans (they are born as jango fett in adult form and since it was unknown how long the war would go on for they have long lifespans they age 1 year every 10 year)
Longer war (the war lasts for 10 years and begins in 26bby and ends in 16bby)
Creatures live longer (humans in this star wars universe they begin getting old around 65 years old) (twe'leks get old around 70)
Phase 2 armour (all the clones start off with there customized phase 2 armour but some such as commander ponds have customized phase 1 armour as they created the phase 1 armour it wasnt given to them)
Characters from different eras are her such as darth revan, darth talon and darth zannah
The clones are taller by a bit
At the start of the clone wars Aayla is 20 years old and Bly is the same age as jango when he was cloned so physically he is 25 years old
