Chapter 11 unexpected

(Bly's perspective)

I woke up still wearing my armour under the covers of Aayla's bed she had her head on my chest still sleeping and I had my arm around her I couldn't believe what I had just done but it felt good. I sat there for a minute just remembering what happened last night and then I remembered she asked me to stay I don't know why or even why I said okay but I had to get out of there before anyone saw me. I gently took my arm away from her waist then got her head off my chest and rested it on the pillow I got out of the bed but still left her under the covers I looked at the time it was 9:17 in the morning which means training starts in 1 hour and 43 minutes. I looked back at Aayla she was still sleeping so peacefully so I opened the door as quietly as a door could be opened. I looked left and right down the hall way and no one was there luckily. I closed the door behind me leaving her to rest and then I went to my barracks. Once I finally got there I went into my bathroom and looked into the mirror I saw the bruise that Fisto gave me and I knew it wasn't going away anytime soon I looked around to see if I could help it heal but all I found was some yellow paint. I looked at the yellow paint and remembered the yellow around Aayla's master's face I didn't want to put too much on Mobutu just on my cheeks and over the bruise.

I dipped my fingers in the paint and put the paint over my cheeks I did it enough that it stood out if anyone asked I would just say it was because of my battalion colours and not because of Aayla's master unless Aayla asked of course. I washed my hands and looked at the time again 9:39 I didn't know what to do so I thought I might aswell get ready for training I put on my helmet and got my rifle I did some press ups, sit ups and step ups while listening to the radio it talked about the clones on bogano and played a song for them I hated the song but I hate all music. After another 51 minutes of just exercise it was time to head down to train. We decided that we would use the hangar to train they would do about 10 laps around the hangar. Sure it was unpractical but we still had another 2 days until we landed on Hoth and I'm not letting my troops have a day off. As I got there I saw my troops all lined up Sergeant Wobani, Flash,Lucky,Saw,shots,King,lust,Dogwit,Miles,Dug,Rick and Martin all had the morning class and the then 12 more would come in next hour and that will keep happening up until 6 at night. "What are you all standing around for?" I shouted "get a move on 10 laps" they all saluted me "yes sir" they said in unison and all ran around the hangar. I looked around and for some reason Aayla wasn't here yet I wonder where she is?

(Aayla's perspective)

I woke up in the bed alone I'm guessing Bly fled as soon as he woke up I looked at the clock 9:39 training was in less then an hour I sat on the bed just thinking about last night I'm still trying to figure out why I asked him to sleep in the bed it might have to do something with the kiss and then that reminded me. I forgot all about the kiss he gave me my eyes widened why did he do that? Was it a comforting thing but then again I don't think they programmed the clones how to comfort people. A grin then came to my face you know what if he is going to kiss me I might have to return the favour I don't know why but I got excited at the thought of it but I don't have time to think about it we will be training in less then an hour. I took a shower and got ready I headed down to the hangar I was slightly late but I'm sure it wouldn't matter as the doors opened I noticed none of the troopers were there and then I realised that they were all running around the hangar I saw Bly stood there he hadn't even notice me so I thought I'd tap his shoulder as I did that I moved to the other side of his shoulder so when he turned around he didn't see me. He turned to his other shoulder I smiled at him I knew he wasn't going to bring up what happened last night but I'll make him remember.

"General you missed the troops take the first lap so far flash is in front" he kept a serious tone and even though he was wearing a helmet I could tell he was confused at why I was smiling "you've done a good job getting them started" I said "sir it's easy just tell them to do something and they are off and away" I smiled. He then turned his attention away back to a holopad and I took this moment to reach up to his helmet and kiss it he was a bit taller then me so I had to use his arm to get there but it worked as I moved away he grabbed the part I kissed and he looked at me "that's for kissing me on the head last night" I smirked and even though he was under that helmet I could tell he blushed and he blushed hard.

As I read the holopad I felt her touch my arm and reach up to kiss my helmet I stood there for a second as I raised my eyebrows I grabbed the part she kissed thinking did she just really do that I looked at her "that's for kissing me on the head last night" she was smirking. I blushed and I blushed hard and my General could tell I knew she could she walked away for the second time leaving me a confused mess.
