Chapter 6 the council

(Bly's perspective)

We were on Coruscant we landed in a gunship earlier this morning and it was now mid day and we were heading to the Jedi temple and I was nervous but Aayla says I'm always nervous. It was strange as I'm the first person who isn't a Jedi to enter the Jedi temple in half a century and I'm the first clone ever. The walk up the stars was quite and long I had my armour on and my helmet but my weapon was in my barracks. As we got up the stairs we were greeted by grand master Yoda I fought alongside him during geneosis and that is the only time I ever met him. We all bowed as we got up there "master Secura, master Fisto great to see you it is" he said and the he turned his attention to me "ahh commander Bly good to see you too". We began walking through the huge rooms I don't know how these were built but it's damn impressive.

As we approached the council room Yoda turned to me and said "remove your helmet please commander" I did exactly as he ordered "of course sir" I tucked it under my right arm and as I did that Aayla looked at me and smiled I smirked back and she then mouthed the words "your nervous" I smirked and I whispered to her "I'm always nervous" she giggled. The finally we had reached the council room and the door opened to the council room I gulped and looked at Aayla and she gave me a comforting look but it was hard to get comfortable around all these Jedi masters I swear I saw a slug in one of the chairs. "Ahh commander Bly please stand in the middle of the room so we can talk about this report and master Fisto and master Secura please take a seat" he ordered I knew who he was he was general Windu the Jedi took there seats and I stood in the middle of the room and we began.

(Aayla's perspective)

I took my seat seat in the room from the right of the door was Plo Koon,Mace Windu,Yoda,Ki adi Mundi,Obi Wan,Adi Gallia,Coleman Trebor,Shaak ti,Oppo rancisis, me and the Kit and ending with Eeth Koth. The meeting then began "alright this report made by Master Fisto is claimed to be wrong?" Windu questioned looking at me leaning forward. "Yes master" I replied "and you told me the part about commander Bly is wrong?" Yes master" I responded again he then reads out the segment about Bly.

"I will sum up master Fisto's words the mission to grevious lair was an absolute failure due to the incompetence and defectiveness of CC-5052 allowing commander Monnk to be seriously injured and almost killed" we all looked at Fisto who was now gripping the chair. Windu then looked at Bly who had his head down even though I could only see the back of him I could tell he was upset. "Commander is this true?" He questioned "no sir" Bly responded not taking his eyes off the ground.

(Bly's perspective)

"Tell us what happened from your perspective then" general Windu asked so I did I kept a serious and steady tone I took my eyes away from the floor and looked up at the Jedi.

"First of all general Fisto wasn't there he didn't know what happened me and Monnk were walking down the corridor we heard a few bangs and then a screech and the next thing I knew was I was against the wall and Monnk had a lightsaber cut across his chest and for the entire mission General Fisto seemed to have an issue with me as Monnk told me he never normally acts like this and if I was defective the Kaminoans would have had me euthanised long ago like the rest of my brothers who were defective".

There was silence in the room all eyes pointing at general Fisto "why did you write this lie master Fisto" Windu had aggression in his voice he was the one now looking at the ground in shame "I don't know master Windu I was just upset about Monnk's injuries". Windu sat back in his seat "so you allowed that to cloud your judgement or your lying as you apparently had been acting like this before the event" Windu said in a very intimidating manner and a Fisto had no words for him "you will have plenty of time to bond with Bly as you,master Secura,General Skywalker,Padawan Ashoka Tano and commander Bly are all going on a mission together" this was news to me but I was fine with it along as I wasn't alone with the general for more then 10 seconds I should be fine. I then left the temple so the Jedi could finish there meeting I got ready for the mission ahead.
