Kaleb sat alone on the floor of the wolf transformation den just by the entrance, playing with his fingers as Mg approached, carrying a Salvatore bunny blood bag.

"What up, Kaleb?" Mg asked cautiously, worried that Kaleb would be pissed at him as well.

"The hell you want, man?" Kaleb replied.

"I, uh... I-I copped this from the kitchen." He smiled as he reached through the bars to give it to him, "I thought you might be hungry."

"Not for bunny blood." Kaleb said rolling his eyes

"It's the only blood in the school, man." Mg said waving the blood bag slightly

"Then hunger strike it is, I guess." Kaleb said chuckling dryly

"I'm sorry that you're in here, but let me make it up to you. Dr. Saltzman and Headmistress Salvatore are starting an honor council. And if I get elected, I can change things around here, starting with getting you out of this cell." Mg said smiling slightly

"Mm. You'd really do that for me?" Kaleb asked

Mg smiled, "Yea, of course."

"Well all right. Send the vamps my way. I'll get 'em in line." he said

"Thanks, man. Hey, you won't regret this. I promise." He said happily before he walked off

"Okay" Kaleb said looking at where Mg was just standing a few seconds

Rafael walked angrily into the gym where the pack had been working out for the past hour, and headed towards Jed was talking to another wolf, "We'll blow out these walls, get a full-sized basketball court in here. They haven't touched this place since.." Rafael tapped on Jed's shoulder, making him turn around to face him

"We need to talk, Jed."

"We already did."

"Just hear me out. I've got the vampires and the witches. But I need one more faction to make sure. Be nice to know that I can count on my own pack." Rafael said gesturing to the other wolves gathered around the gym

"Yea, see that's the thing, Raf. They're not your pack. They're mine." Jed said before turning away from Rafael

"Thought you might say that." Rafael said from behind Jed before turning around and taking off the backpack he had hanging on his shoulder

"I've actually been studying all those books you make other people read for you." Rafael said walking back towards Jed who had already turned back around

"Like Intro to Lycanthropy. An alpha has to face a challenger one-on-one. I didn't want to do things this way. But if what the alpha says goes... " He said getting closer looking Jed straight in the eye as they changed from brown to a golden bronze color

"I got to be the alpha."

Jed looked away and when he looked back at Raf, his eyes were the same golden bronze, and then.. He swung a punch hitting Rafael straight in the face.

Rafael backed up before attempting to punch Jed in the stomach but he had backed away, Raf then landed a punch at Jed's jaw. Jed then kneed Rafael in the stomach and Raf picked him up before he could back away and shoved him backwards into the hard brick wall, causing a grunt to escape his mouth before they continued to pummel each other for the role of the alpha.

After one last hard blow to the face, Jed was on the floor knocked out. Rafael then walked off with a blood stained lip but not before saying, "The polls are now open." to his pack.

It was the next day, football game day and right afterwards the winners of the election will be announced. To say that today is a hectic day is to put it lightly

We were all out on the field, and everyone at our school had their Salvatore colors on, blue and yellow.

Dorian the librarian, and temporary coach seeing as Dr. Saltzman was out running errands stepped up to the team captains of both teams, "All right, guys. Let's have a good, clean, entirely uneventful game." Dorian said, subtly enphasizing the last part on our team's end.

"Like we do every year when we beat your asses down." Said Connor the team captain from Mystic Falls High, smirking smugly at Rafael

Dorian sighed, "Not exactly the spirit, Connor."

"Oh." He replied mockingly

Dorian decided to ignore that as he nudged the referree beside who had the coin they'd flip to decide who goes first, "All right, call in the air."

The referree stepped forward and flipped the coin, as Dana the co captain from Mystic Falls High, said, "Tails never fails."

Everyone looked down at the coin as Dorian replied, "Guess not. Your ball." As Dana and Connor not so subtly high fived

"Shake hands and let's do this." Everyone shook hands, but as Rafael went up to dab Connor up, he walked past him jabbing his shoulder laughing loudly along with his other teammates. As Rafael watched him walk off, pissed off.

Josie came up from behind Rafael putting her hand on his shoulder gently as she nudged him forward walking together towards the others, "Rafael. Come on, suck it up."

"We have to go through this every year, okay?" She said, no longer bothered by the mistreatment

"I don't lose." He said trying to calm himself down

Josie stopped him, "Hey. You do today. Okay?" she said seriously as she walked off

Lizzie walked up to Dana holding her hand out, "Good luck out there."

Dana looked down at Lizzie's hand before looking back up at her, "Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity."

Lizzie scoffed crossing her arms, "I'm pretty sure I've seen that on a poster at the dentist's."

"Oh my dad's a dentist, but he still made time to be here. I guess I'm lucky that way, huh?" She said smugly, winking before walking off leaving Lizzie speechless, and pissed off
