3. Mono

I always liked the feeling of a breeze running through my hair. There's something calming about it. I sat on top of the stairs in my normal, dark alley. Enjoying the silence and a somewhat uneasy serenity that followed. The warm air from my breath fogging up the inside of the bag on my head. I wear this thing out a lot. Mostly just for fun. I don't know why. I'm not big on showing my face in public unless I have to. My name is Mono. I'm 15. I'm pretty basic. I like to chill and forget about everything around me most of the time. I'm a very chill person you could say. I live close to this city so I always come here. I'm moving into a new house today, so I wanted to get away for a bit. It's closer to this place thankfully its walking distance. I didn't really mind it. I never had any friends back at my old school and I don't think I'll have any this time. I mostly do things solo, you can say, but I would make friends If I really wanted to. I crossed my legs while I laid back against the wall. If someone walked down here, it would probably look pretty sketchy. Of course my luck, I see a shadow in the corner of my eye. I looked over slightly to see what figure I was in the presence of. I saw, a boy. He had short, brown hair. He was wearing a light blue long sleeved shirt with some dark blue jeans and some worn out converse's. He looked around my age. I could tell he was scared because he was backing away. I had a sudden urge to go talk to him, because from his perspective I probably look like I'll kill him right here and now. I got up and started to walk towards him, while he backed away. He was about to run away it seemed, but I put a hand up, as a reassurance I didn't mean any harm. I slowly lifted the bag off of my head, revealing my similar figure. "Hi. My names' Mono. What are you doing here at this hour" I asked with a slight smirk. Not a creepy smirk but, a friendly one. I let my guard down a bit, as I folded my bag into my pocket. I never really introduced myself to anyone before, so why did this stranger catch my interest?

AN-Hey sorry for this late, short as hell update I will be updating this again later on today, I've been getting writers block. I was going to write something entirely different for this Mono (POV) chapter so it took me a while and a lot of deleting and thinking.
