Sunwoo definitely cheered up a little bit after I told him he can stay as long as he wants, but he still seems really sad and down. I didn't know how else to comfort him, I had to think hard until I thought of an idea: bubble tea in a can.

We were both on my bed, comfortably laying down. It was weird to be laying next to him at first, but I got used to it quickly. I get off my bed, standing up.

"I'll be right back"

I go downstairs into the kitchen, grabbing a cold can of bubble tea. It was Thai milk tea this time, the last time I had given him brown sugar. I went back upstairs into my room, closing the door. He looks away from his phone and at me, noticing the can.

I get back on the bed, sitting down instead of laying. I hand the bubble tea out to him, and his eyes begin to twinkle. He immediately sits up and smiles like a little baby, also clapping like a seal. He takes it and ruffles my hair, still smiling.

"You're the best~" he coos.

He opens the can and takes big gulps, causing me to be surprised. He stops chugging the drink and looks at me, laughing.

"Sorry. Before coming to your house I haven't had bubble tea in so long" he breathes out.

"Why haven't you? Boba is essential." I furrow my eyebrows.

"Just too busy worrying about other stuff, I guess.." he sighs.

"It's okay. I have an unlimited amount of these." I smile at him.

"Then I'd just drink all of it!" Sunwoo gasps.

"That's a stretch.." I chuckle nervously.

"So good" he pouts.

"Why are you pouting?" I laugh softly.

"Because it's so good!" He gives me a thumbs up.

"How long have you been friends with all of the boys?" I ask him, changing the subject.

"Since we were children." He grins widely.

"You guys say you aren't who I think you guys are.. is it true?" I stare at him.

"We're really only popular because of our looks. We hate having so much attention. At least I do, but all the boys hate every one who acts like we're kings or something. If we weren't handsome, we wouldn't be so known in the school. Other than our looks, we're normal people. We don't talk to anyone outside our friend group, and we stay out of drama." Sunwoo explained to me.

"I see.." I mumble.

I was still on edge, but they really do seem different.

"Look, Kang Jihyun. I know you have trust issues, but I promise you,"

"We're different. You'll love us." He gives me a reassuring smile.

I smile back, nodding slowly.

"I know what happened to you, in freshman year. I know it really damaged you. But you have me and the guys to protect you, I promise you that you'll be safe with us."

"I guess it still hurts.. but I think I'm healing day by day. Thanks for the support." I pat his head.

"Of course, why wouldn't I? You support me." Sunwoo grins.

"It's only the nice thing to do.." I chuckle.

"I knew you were different from the start. I knew you weren't like those other girls who use us for popularity. You really are different, Kang Jihyun."

"Soon enough you'll have all of us falling for you." He winks at me.

"I hope not." I give him a disgusted face.
