The next morning Sadie woke up with an arm around her. She turned to see JJ, laying in her bed with her. She smiled, staring at him, noticing that he had small freckles on his face.
"I could feel you staring, you know?" JJ mumbled, his eyes still closed. "Sorry." Sadie blushed, looking away. "Don't apologize, I like it." He smiled, finally opening his eyes. "Oh, my head's killing me." JJ winced, bringing his hand to his head. "Good thing you have me then, huh?" Sadie joked.
She turned over, grabbing the pills and water she set out last night, and sat up more, JJ did the same. Sadie handed humor the pills and water.
"So uh, do you remember anything?" Sadie asked. "I remember it all, sadly." "So you remember what I said?" "What do you mean?" "So... we might have to have a conversation with the Pogues..." Sadie trailed off, nervous. "Why? What happened?" JJ asked, starting to get anxious. "So, when you, ya know... put the gun to Topper's head. I called you babe. And, I know, they probably didn't notice, but, I think it's time." Sadie explained, sheepishly. "Oh." "Unless, you don't wanna tell them right now..." "No, no, I do. I definitely do, just nervous, you know?" "Same."
They both sat there for a moment, enjoying the silence, JJ's arm wrapped around Sadie. Sadie's phone went off on her nightstand, she looked over, seeing Kie was calling her. She reached over, grabbing her phone, answering it.
Sadie: Hello?
Kie: Hey, where y'all at?
Sadie: Oh shit, I just woke up.
Kie: Oh, is JJ with you?
Sadie looked over at JJ, seeing what she should say. He shook his head 'no' not wanting to let them know right now.
Sadie: Uh, no, he's not. I'll pick him up on my way there.
Kie: Ok, see ya later. Bye!
Sadie: Yeah, you too.
They hung up, Sadie sighing, she can't wait to tell them honestly. She doesn't even know how they'll react, but no matter what, JJ and Sadie aren't gonna break up. JJ got out of the bed, walking over to the dresser with all his spare clothes, picking out an outfit. Sadie did the same, picking out a striped crop top, jean shorts, and high-top converse.

They got dressed, Sadie grabbed her phone and keys, and they walked out the room. They got in her car, driving off.
They arrived at John B's 20 minutes later. They walked into the house, hearing the Pogues out back. They walked out seeing Kie playing the bongos, and Pope just sat.
