Hi,

I've been trying to piece together my thoughts and put them in a constructive way.

I do not have a big platform at all but for everyone who reads this I sincerely hope you are either signing petitions, donating or attending protests. Doing whatever you can at this time is making a difference even if we don't see it right now. If you aren't the position to do any of the above then please take time to educate yourself and reflect within yourself where you need more sympathy. I am saddened and disgusted by the justice system we have in place in America, and many other places.

I am not black, I am white. I have no idea what it is like to be oppressed. I have no idea what it is like to have fear when I am pulled over by a cop. I have no idea what it is like to feel unsafe in my own country to the same extent that Black people and people of color go through.

My heart is hurting for you.

I see you.

I hear you.

I love you.

I want to fight with you.

I want to be an ally.

Please know that you are not alone and I deeply sorry for other people's actions against you.

I do not stand for racism. I do stand for you, for your life.

I am here if you need to talk, I may not understand but I will listen.

Continue to fight. Continue to use your voice. Stay safe.
