"Hey are you okay? You keep on smiling since we left. Nababaliw ka na ba?" Julie asked while Elmo's driving.
"Wala lang. I never thought your brother would be kuya RJ. I mean small world!"
"Believe me, same! At napapayag mo agad na hiramin ako ha?"
"I told you, Elmo charms baby." He winked at irap naman ang iginanti ni Julie.
"Saan ba kasi tayo pupunta? Late na masyado oh? Don't tell me you intend to eat at a restaurant. You know we've had enough of attention since that happened."
"No Juls, I won't be taking you into a resto. Just chill okay." Julie slowly nodded, not sure what to expect.
They flared up the radio of Elmo's car and he started playing songs, keeping them company while on the road. Both of them knew the songs being played. Siyempre mga musikero ba naman?
"Oh ee bakit nasa Antipolo na tayo? Elmo kikidnappin mo ba ako? Tatawagan ko na si kuya umayos ka."
"Sira. May kidnap ba na naipaalam?" Elmo chuckled.
"Kasi naman ee why can't you just tell me where we're going? Hindi yung nag pi-Pinoy Henyo ako sa utak ko."
"Chill Juls, malapit na tayo."
They stopped at Café Lupe, making Julie's eyes grow bigger than the usual.
"Seriously Moe? Dito mo talaga ako dadalhin? Sa hotel? Mukha ba akong pokpok?" Elmo chuckled.
"Sira ka talaga. Hintay ka lang kasi. Inip na inip ka ee. Tara na." Elmo grabbed her right hand and immediately went inside.
"Hi. I'll have the usual room please, and I want to keep this in private. Don't tell my mom nor my siblings I went here." Elmo said. The receptionist immediately handed the key card and he quickly pulled Julie's hands papunta sa Elevator.
"Err you know you don't check-in like that right? Boss ka ba dito? You seem at ease with them looking at you."
"My family owns this one, well my mom owns it." He simply said.
"And the usual room?" Julie asked giving an emphasis on the "usual". She saw Elmo flashed a smile.
"It's not what you think. Tara na kasi ang dami mong sinasabi."
They went outside of the elevator nang marating na nila yung floor.
Elmo asked Julie to close her eyes first bago niya tuluyang papasukin si Julie sa loob.
"Naku Elmo ang dami mo talagang alam." She said while closing her eyes, and even putting her left hand on those both to be sure na wala siyang makikita. She also wanted to be surprised with what Elmo is up to.
"Okay...after 3 buksan mo na yung mata mo. 1...2...3." Julie removed her left hand and opened her eyes.
"O my God Elmo Magalona! Sobrang ganda!"
Tumambad sa mga mata ni Julie ang kalakhang Maynila. All the lights coming from the different buildings of Manila made the view look like a fallen night sky with so many stars beaming with different colors.
"Oo nga. Maganda talaga." Elmo said while staring at Julie, amused at how beautiful Julie is with her amazed face.
"Kailan mo pa 'to nadiscover?" Still not breaking her gaze from the amazing view.
"This has been my favorite place ever since I was 18. I used to go here kapag badtrip, or kapag gusto ko lang mag-relax. Tara may balcony oh, you could see more of it outside of these panel of glasses." Elmo offered his hand and Julie took it immediately.
