"Wear your life vest Juls. Ang kulit talaga ee."
"Ee kasi naman hindi ko gets. Pa akyat tayo dito sa bundok tapos maglalife vest ako? Sana okay ka lang Moe."
"Come on huwag ka ng makulit. Or at least wear it kapag nakarating na tayo sa pupuntahan natin."
"Whatever you say Magalona."
Paakyat ngayon sila Julie at Elmo sa isang burol, malapit sa beach resort na kinalulugdan nila. They already had their lunch back at their place and Elmo decided to go to The Cliff with Julie, without of course Julie's knowledge dahil baka umatras agad ito kapag nalaman kung saan sila papunta.
Nasa kalagitnaan pa lang sila ng pag-akyat ng biglang
"Hey okay ka lang? Here drink some water first." Elmo offered her a bottle of water. Paano naman kasi hingal na hingal na si Julie, at parang mahihimatay na ata sa pagod.
"Jusko Elmo almost 30 minutes na tayo'ng umaakyat ha? Hindi mo naman sinabi may paganitong ganap ka pala." Elmo chuckled.
"Alam mo you look so cute habang nagrereklamo. Tara na, buhatin na kita." He offered his back at agad namang tumugon si Julie. Hindi na rin kasi nito kaya yung pagod na nararamdaman niya. Okay lang sana kung patag yung nilalakaran nila pero pa-akyat sila at patarik ng patarik yung daan, making it more difficult to walk on.
"Hey hindi ka ba nabibigatan sa akin? You could put me down for a while and have some rest." Julie worriedly said.
"I'll never get tired for you, my princess." He smiled.
"Oh at least drink some water habang buhat mo ako. Wait I'll open a bottle." She took one from the bag she's carrying then opened it and let Elmo drink. He drank while carrying Julie and walking. She then pulled out a towel and wiped the sweat on both sides of Elmo's face, making him smile with joy.
"Ang sweet mo naman, Ms. San Jose."
"All for you, Mr. Magalona." She kissed his right cheek, making him grin with glee.
"I think I need another one, doon naman daw sa kabila. Nagtatampo siya ee." Julie complied to his words, and made his smile wider.
"Parang yung lips nagtatampo rin, gusto rin ata ng kiss."
"Sobra na yung harot, mag-focus na sa paglalakad no?" Elmo chuckled at what she said.
He walked for another ten minutes at narating na nila yung tuktok. Tumambad sa kanila yung malawak na asul na beach, tapos yung araw na halos papalubog na.
"Sobrang ganda!" She said, evident yung amusement sa mukha niya.
"I know." Elmo smiled looking at her. Nang tumingin din pabalik si Julie sa kanya ay agad niya itong hinalikan,
"Paano mo 'to na-discover? Wait let me guess, kapag malungkot ka, ito rin yung safe haven mo no?"
Elmo smiled at what she said.
"Well, oo pero more importantly ito yung favorite place ko of all my safe havens, noon."
"Noon? Ee bakit ano baa ng favorite safe haven mo ngayon?"
"Ikaw Julie." He said those words seriously, making Julie's heart skip a beat.
"A...ako? Pero..." Hindi na niya natapos ang sasabihin niya dahil hinalikan na naman siya nito.
"Walang pero, walang bakit. I have always been so vocal about how I feel towards you Juls. And I think those feelings don't need reasons to be validated. Alam ko kung ano yung nararamdaman ko Julie, and my eyes, my heart, and my mind won't lie to me. You are now my safe haven, at hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko sakaling mawala ka." Julie blushed at what he said. She never thought he'll be this cheesy given all the flirts they've been doing since they arrived here.
