CHAPTER 32

I can't sleep, I kept on rolling and rolling on my bed not knowing what to do. Damn why am I overthinking? I want Hollace to meet our twins tomorrow but damn! What if he don't want the twins? What if he take them away from me?

I was about to start rolling again when suddenly my phone started to ring so immediately answered it without even checking the caller.

"Hey." My brows furrowed after hearing Hollace voice. "Come meet me at your clubhouse."

"H-Huh? Why?"

"We'll go somewhere." He ended the call and I just shrugged. I checked my closet for a clothes to wear and I just ended up wearing a white off shoulder dress. Wait? Why would I wear a dress? Makiki-pagkita lang naman ako sa kanya ah?

Wala naman na akong ibang mapili sa rami kong damit kaya sinuot ko na lamang ito at lumabas na ako suot ang black heels ko dahil mas sanay na ako sa mga heels ngayon. Fuck magpapakita ba talaga ako ng ganito sa kanya? Hindi ba ako mukhang tanga?

Nakarating ako sa clubhouse and I saw him, he's wearing a black polo long sleeves and the three buttons are open. He took a glance at what I am wearing and he chuckled.

"Are you still mad?" He shrugged and opened the door for me. "I-I'll tell you something-"

"Just get in." He said in his cold voice and I just stepped in, the moment he started the engine I looked away. He's mad, I guess?

It was a long trip and I was just staring outside.

"Turn your back." He said and so I did turn my back and he covered my eyes using a blindfold.

"Hey what's this?" I heard the sound of the car's door and then he opened the door near me and held my arm.

"Walk slowly, nagheels ka pa kasi." He whispered as we both walk together and my eyes widened when he carried me and when he let me down I felt a movement at where I am stepping on. Am I in a yatch?

He took off the blindfold and I saw lots of people and I heard the loud sound of the bottle of wine after it popped.

"Happy birthday!" I checked on my wristwatch and it's twelve AM and it's my birthday and it's already Christmas? Woah sa raming nagaganap hindi ko manlang namalayan?

Actually Megan did made lots of food at our dinner and I didn't even knew that it's for Noche Buena?! Maybe because Nathan was with us and he's from a another religion kaya hindi ko nahalata dahil walang mga bumabati. Akala ko talaga gutom lang sila kaya maraming handa.

"Happy birthday and Merry Christmas, Magui." Hollace said and he smiled at me.

"You're not mad anymore?"

"When did I ever get mad at you?" He chuckled and pulled me, dinala niya ako sa ilalim na parte ng yatch kung saan may kwarto. "I have something for you."

"What?" He placed a ring in my palm and my eyes widened.

"It's not for engagement, don't worry." He laughed and pulled me closer. "I know that you still don't want me but i'll make a promise. I won't let you go without a fight, today I promise you that I will never let you go again, kahit ilang beses mo akong saktan dito lang ako hindi na ako lalayo. Pangako, mahal ko."

I smiled and he hugged me. Damn, Hollace will you still be here when you discovered about the twins?

We're now lying on the bed and i'm playing with his hair again while he's staring at my eyes.

"Hollace, I want to tell you something." He nod and hugged me burying his face on my chest. "I left because I need to, Dad died and Anastasia discovered about us, gusto niya kaming ipapatay kaya tumakas kami, pumunta kami ng New York na walang ibang sinasabihan."
