Lena:

"I'm telling you Stef this is the best pizza you'll ever eat."

She laughs.

"I believe you Lena."

I look at Stef.

"Okay now I need to ask you a question Stef."

She laughs.

"I'm not going anywhere so shoot."

"Okay. Why didn't you tell me you had art pieces out? I told you I wanted to be the first to buy your masterpieces. Which they are Stef. They are really good."

She smiles.

"I just didn't want you to buy all my 'masterpieces', they're really expensive and I just didn't feel comfortable with you spending all that money."

I look at Stef.

"Really? You know I don't mind."

"Okay well Lena why didn't you tell me about your fashion pieces?"

I look at her.

She got me.

"Touché Stef Touché."

Our waitress sits down our pizzas.

"One personal cheese, and one personal hawaiian."

Once the waitress leaves I look at Stef.

"What?"

"Hawaiian pizza?"

"What is wrong with it?"

"I've just never seen someone eat pineapple on pizza."

She looks at me confused.

"Wait. You've never had Hawaiian pizza?"

"Mm no."

She gives me a slice.

"Go ahead take a bite."

"What?"

"Take a bite of my pizza."

I look at her confused.

"You want me to eat some of your pizza?"

"Yep. Try it."

I take a bite & she puts the slice back down.

"Mm"

"Right!"

"That's good."

She takes my pizza & puts hers down in front of me.

"What are you doing?"

"You can eat the Hawaiian pizza. I'll take your cheese."

"You don't have to do that Stef."

"Please? And let you eat this garbage?"

I laugh.

She closes the cheese pizza box and sits it aside.
