Chapter 27: She's not an Ordinary Mage

JACUS HEATERY'S P.O.V

"All of you knew the rules, aren't you?" Headmaster asked calmly, that made us stop.

I sigh.

We all know what he's talking about, and I could see that he's trying really hard to calm himself down.

"I don't get it Headmaster, Our group named Royalties and from the word itself. There's this unspoken rule that I know we are all aware at, and that is.. only royalties are allowed to join this group." Alexa said all of sudden. "How come you let her in and be part of this group? She's not even an official citizen of this world. I mean, she just came from the mortal world just like what she said and we don't even know where she really came from. How can you just easily accepted her and make her part of our group?!" She bitterly said with a hint of hatred in her tone.

Silence took us and no one dare to say anything. Some are chose to look down, while headmaster is trying to compose himself as if Alexa's statement caught him off guard.

"She has a point Headmaster.." Dwight said, breaking the silence. "What's really your reason of letting her be part of us, aside from having a high ranks?" He curiously asking.

Headmaster sigh as he saw us giving him a question looks.

"To be honest. I don't know, I just feel like we will be needing her help. And if you're worry about the safety of everyone here because she might just spying us.. Then let me tell you something that may give peace to your mind. She's not just an ordinary mage, I know you can also feel that. Somehow I could feel that she has a good heart. I know it's really hard to trust to someone especially in the midst of this kind of situation, but let's not close our door for those who need our help. To be honest, Snow reminds me of the two important person to me and in our world." Headmaster explained that confused us more.
