Ella's POV:I woke up on Saturday. It seemed everything was going right in the world except for the kids at school.
I hear a buzz from my phone. I look over to see that Lucas sent me a text message.
Lucas: Hey! You want to do something today?
Me: totally! Like what?
Lucas: you want to go to the beach?
Me: just me and you?
Lucas: Of course
Me: okay
Lucas: pick u up at 10I looked at the clock to see it was nine. I gotta get dressed. I chose a red and white polka dotted tankini. I put a white cover up on.
I found some white sunglasses and put them on. I wore some red flipflops. Cute.
I brushed my hair. I packed my bag. I put a towel, a float, and a few snacks in the bag. Time to go.
I head downstairs. My dad wasn't there, so I left a note:
Hey! Went with Lucas to the beach. I'll be back in the afternoon. Love yah!
I hopped out the door only to see Lucas.
"Hey!"
"Hi."I run to his car and get in the passenger seat. We drove to the beach.

When we get there, we race to the water while dropping our stuff off in a random place. When we get in the ocean, we start splashing water on each other.
I trip and fall. I bring Lucas down with me. I lay on him as we look into each other's eyes. He lifts his head up and kisses me.
I join in. He won't leave me. I know he won't. My hand goes through his hair. When we pull apart I smile.
We stand side by side facing the the ocean. He entangles his hand into mine. We stand there holding hands as the waves hit us.
