ch. 26: "thanks handsome."

Calum's P.O.V

It was just another boring day of break so I've decided to stay in the house and chill until one of my friends called me over to their flat to hangout. Sadly, no one invited me to hangout or go somewhere so it was a long day for me.

I got on xbox and played some call of duty with my online friends, I raged at some point and threw the controller at the ground and headed downstairs to grabbed some snacks to munch on as I was playing. I found two family packs of doritos, cool ranch and spicy nachos. As I walked upstairs, I heard my phone ringing so I ran up, trying not to trip. As soon as I reached it, the call ended.

Bummer.

I went back to playing games and it started ringing again, but I ignored it since I was too lazy to get up from my bean bag seat which was way too comfortable and warm from my body heat. At the fifth ring, I gave up and went over to it, the number was unknown. I decided to pick up since I didn't get up for nothing.

"Hello?" I questioned the unknown caller.

"Calum! Go to the mall right now!" the person said, panicking.

The voice sounded very familiar but I couldn't pick up the idea of who.

"Why?" I asked, annoyed.

"It's Tatiana, something's going to happen, and it's really bad.." the female voice huffed.

In a quick second, I hung up and got my car keys from the top of my drawer and ran downstairs. I slammed the door shut and locked it then started my car, my heart started beating rapidly as I got closer and closer to the mall.

It took about 20 minutes to get there and I almost fell out of seat as I rushed out, clicking the button on the car keys to lock it. I ran inside the mall and saw a huge swarm of people with cameras and phones out, recording the scene..

What was happening?

The faces seemed familiar, they were people from school. I heard Rhea's voice, echoing throughout the mall.

She must have planned something with one of Tati's friends.

I pushed my way through the crowd but some weren't even budging to move away so I started pushing people more harder than ever and as soon as I got to the middle, I see a pink haired step-brother dump a whole gallon of blood on Tati, who was on the ground, with a hurt expression on her face.

"NO!" I yelled out, Michael suddenly snaps his head at me, his eyes were full of regret and guilt. Rhea on the other hand, smirking and walking away from the crowd and towards me instead.

"I told you bad things would happen if we weren't together, baby." she purred as she walked away. 

My fists clenched, ready to punch the hell out of Michael but Tatiana rushes towards me, hugging me tightly and crying. Her hair, body and everything was soaked in blood.

"C-calum.." she hiccuped, her body shivering and hands trembling as she hugged me closer.

I felt my eyes tear up because I felt so bad for her but I slowly put her to the side and jog towards Michael, hitting him right in the eye with my right hand.

"You are such a fucked up brother!" I screamed at him, he was holding his eye, holding in the pain, "Why the hell would you do that to your own sister? What has she ever done to you?" I hit him twice more and made him fall to the ground.

"It wasn't my fault I swear! Rhea made me! She black-mailed me!" he cried out, holding his face in his hands now, blood was pouring out his nose.

"I don't give a fuck what Rhea has on you! You should have told me or one of us in the band!" I inched my face closer to his, "Oh yeah, about the band? You are definitely not going to last in it."
