Tatiana's P.O.V

Heavy footsteps were coming down the hallways & all of a sudden my bedroom door was swung open but I decided to ignore it. I moaned in annoyance & hugged my pillow even closer.

I heard a loud grunt from behind me then out of nowhere, the blinds were rudely opened & light filled my room making me even more annoyed. 

I decided to sit up in my bed & open one eye to see my most love-able step brother:

Michael.

"Wake up ugly, your friend came by and your mum told me to get you." He rolled his eyes at me then stormed out my room, leaving the door open.

I was beginning to get used to Michael's harsh words thrown at me everyday. He knew he made my everyday life a living hell & he enjoyed it. Every time I'd try to be nice or help him, he'd call me different names or even shout right in my face and after that he'd smirk because he knew he did his job of ruining me little by little.

"I'm guessing you don't want to see me?" a friendly voice came from the open door.

The one & only Sabrina Hart.

"Oh hey! I didn't know you'd come by.." I muttered as I sat back up in my bed to face her with arms crossed at the doorway.

"School is beginning & we need to do some back to school shopping! Get up and put on something cute to go to the mall!" she forced me up by pulling my arm, leaving me no choice but to get up.

She made wear a floral tank with a white boyfriend cardigan, black boots, a long triangular necklace & some rings. Sabrina styled my hair also to make it 'look nice'. Sounds controlling doesn't she?

Kidding.

I've known Sabrina since kindergarten & she basically knows my entire family. Even though she bugs, I still love her as a sister. She styled my hair with beachy-looking waves which looked nice with my slightly tanned skin & light brown eyes which I've inherited from my father.

"What do you think?" She smiled as she took a step away from me to give me a chance to look at myself in the mirror.

"You've always been awesome at everything. I love it! Thanks Sabby!" I laughed then hugged her tightly.

We both hurried downstairs to see a teddy bear with a box of candies. I looked at Sabrina, expecting that she'd already know who'd it be from but she shrugged at me then I hurried over to the mysterious teddy bear.

I rolled my eyes at the teddy bear.

"Why are you throwing it away?!" She exclaimed in horror as I threw it in the corner of my room.

"I have a bunch of these. He always gives small gifts if he misses one of our hang outs. You want it instead?" I smiled at her, continuing to walk into the kitchen to see my mom cooking breakfast.

"Well, since it's cute... I'll keep it!" She cheered, making my mum turn around lightning speed.

"You gave Calum's gift to Sabrina? That's kind of shady.." She raised an eyebrow at us.

"Quit trying to make the word shady happen and it's nothing mom! Calum gave me another lame gift to make up for one of his mistakes, he decided to bail on me for the 10th time." I replied, getting a plate of chocolate pancakes.

"Doesn't he have that new girlfriend named Rhea? What was her last name.." She muttered, thinking deeply.

"Rhea Carter! She's so gorgeous & she also happens to be one of my close girlfriends." Sabrina said with pride,
