He stares at me for a few seconds, and I start to feel uncomfortable, so I start shifting, back and fourth, back and fourth...
"Yasmine, why do you ask me this?" He asks, he looks more calm now
I shrug my shoulders "I want to know, that's all."
I wasn't sure whether or not to trust Matt, to tell him what happened or not to?
Here goes nothing..
"I heard a voice, it was a man's voice. It told me that the truth would come out, soon." I say
He says nothing, but his stare tells me that he wants to speak
I grab onto his arm, "Matt, please."
He sighs and sits down on one of the benches, motioning me to sit beside him. I sit next to him
He rakes a hand through his dark brown hair
"How many times have you went into the woods?" He asks
"Twice."
He nods carefully and then sighs
"Yasmine, what you heard was the darkness."
"T-the darkness?" I squeak
He nods "It's a demon, Yasmine stay away from it."
"What is it? What does it want from me?"
I'm almost shaking of fear, the darkness? I've never heard of such a thing. It sounded like rubbish but I knew Matt was telling the truth, there's this look in his deep, brown eyes that makes me trust him.
"It could be a normal person, even someone that you know. It could be a ghost of the dead, wanting revenge. I truly do not know." He says
"What does he mean by the truth will come out Matt?" I get right to the point
He sighs "There's a lot of things that you do not know yet, Yasmine. But, you will just have to wait and see what's in store."
"Stop playing mind games with me Matt, you're just like Theo. Why is everyone lying to me?" I almost shout
He locks eye contact with me, his face is hard, and he looks almost angry?
"I'm nothing like Theo." He says in a deadly voice

Matt told me that this darkness could be someone I knew, so I was doing some research
I was now in king henry's chambers, I guess when he died, Theo still wanted to keep a piece of his father around
I go threw some of The Late King Henry's old papers in his office
I see a certificate it was crinkled on the edges
It had two signatures on it
I put it under the candle that I was holding so I could see properly
It said:
8-20-1510
Matthew, born to Heather Newman and King Henry Of The UK
My breath hitches, the date. It was August 20th, 1510. It was now 1530. Matthew was twenty years old. I remember him telling me when we went riding one day.
Under that there were two signatures
Heather Newman
Henry III
Theo's father was Henry the third. But Theo's mother's name is Julia and on the paper, it said that Matthew's mother's name was Heather.
Matthew was Theo's half brother.
