Haejun grabbed Elijah's hand and stood up. "Go out to eat?"

"Yeah. It's almost six.. we could get like pizza or something.. unless you have to be home right away.." Elijah trailed off, slightly disappointed with the idea of him and Haejun separating so soon.

"Oh.. I just have to message my mom.. give me a second." Haejun spoke and pulled out his phone.

Elijah turned around and started putting his things into his backpack.

"Okay. I can go, but I have to be back by seven." Haejun spoke quietly with a smile.

"Perfect." Elijah replied as he waited for Haejun to finish putting his things into his bag.

"Where are we going?" Haejun asked as he got into the car next to Elijah.

"Do you have a place in mind?"

"Mm.. " Haejun contemplated for a second before he realized that he didn't really eat out often. Usually he and Kiandra ate at each others houses. That, or they ordered food. "..not really." Haejun finished.

"Okay. Let's just get pizzas. I know a place where we can get our own personal pans."

"Oh! I brought money to pay for my stuff last time, and I can pay this time."

"Hm..." Elijah hummed as he started the car, "Nah. Not gonna happen."

"What? Why?" Haejun turned to look at Elijah -who was focused on the road- and found himself admiring the male's face.

"Just because." Elijah spoke, he could feel Haejun's eyes on him.

"But I feel bad.." Haejun whined.

His whining is the only whining I'll ever consider cute.

Elijah parker the car in front of the pizzeria and turned to Haejun."Haejun. It's not that big of a deal.. but if it really bothers you then fine. You can pay for yourself, not me." He pinched Haejun's cheek and the male blushed.

"Okay.." Haejun spoke softly staring into Elijah's eyes.

"Now let's go eat." Elijah spoke, and a few seconds later the two of them were sitting at a table with their own menus.

Elijah had already made up his mind, so instead he settled for putting down the menu and just watching Haejun make his decision.

Everything he does makes him even cuter than before..

Haejun had his brows furrowed as he bit his lip and looked at the options. "..okay.. I think I know what I'm going to get." Haejun spoke. He looked up and noticed Elijah had been looking at him the whole time.

He wasnt able to say anything because a waitress had arrived. "Hey guys, what can I get you to drink?"

"Um.. I'll have the lemonade."Haejun said.

"Same." Elijah spoke and the waitress nodded.

"And to eat?"

The two males gave her their orders and she left to grab their drinks. Not even two minutes later she returned, "Here you go!"She placed the cups on the table in front of the two of them.

"By the way, you two are such a cute couple." She added with a smile.

"Oh. We're not dating. Just friends." Elijah spoke and Haejun felt his heart drop.

"Oh! My mistake." The waitress smiled at them once more before leaving.

Elijah didn't even realize what he had said either and pulled out his phone when he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket.

Well.. he's not wrong.. we're not dating but just friends? Even after what we did..? Haejun stood up,"I n-need to use the bathroom.."

"Oh, do you need me to help you find-"

"No. I'm good." Haejun cut him off and left the table to find it.

The moment he got into the single bathroom, he pulled out his phone and called Kiandra.

She was barely able to greet him when he started talking in a sad voice, "Ki, I feel like crying. Help."
