The Epilogue.
The school day had finally ended and, per Haejun's request, Elijah was on his way to Haejun's classroom to walk with him. He was turned the corner and noticed two familiar heads of hair standing really close to each other in the hallway.
"Lucas?" Elijah asked curiously.
The male looked around in confusion and turned to see Elijah.
"Oh hey." He raised his hand that was intertwined with Julian's.
"Oh.. I see." Elijah smirked and Julian just blushed. "When did this finally start?"
"Yesterday."
"Wait but didn't you confess to him last week?" Elijah asked.
"Julian wanted to really think about it. But now he's all mine." Lucas nudged his nose against Julian's and Julian smiled shyly.
"I'm happy for you guys. We should go on a double date sometime." Elijah suggested.
Lucas was about to say something when Haejun came running down the hallway and jumped onto Elijah.
"Holy fuck, Jun!" He caught the male and helped him to steady himself before they both fell onto the floor.
"Hi. You took so long so I just came to find you." Haejun wrapped his arms around Elijah's torso and Elijah rolled his eyes before pecking the males forehead.
"Hey Haejun." Lucas spoke and the male turned around.
"Oh, I didn't even notice." Haejun blushed. "Hi Lucas.. and.. Julian." Haejun stepped closer to Elijah and looked at him warily.
"Yeah, I know you're probably still upset with me.. but I'm really sorry Haejun. I did a really dumb and inconsiderate thing.. so I hope you can eventually forgive me for that."
"Okay. I forgive you.. you won't do it again.. right?" Haejun asked nervously.
"I won't allow that." Lucas spoke before kissing Julian's cheek.
"Oh... OH!" The redness of Haejun's cheeks made their way to his ears.
"Okay so, can we move past this?" Elijah asked and Haejun nodded. "Good. They're a happy couple. And we're a happy couple."
Lucas laughed before remembering something he wanted to ask,"Eli are you going to quit the team?"
"Yep."
"Really?" Haejun asked in shock.
"Yeah. Why would I stay there with those homophobic pricks?"
