"What the hell are you talking about Alisa?" Elijah asked nervously as he stood in a stairwell with Alisa. It was lunch time and he agreed to meet with her the next day to talk because of how urgent her text was.

He told Haejun they would just see each other during math, but he didn't exactly tell Haejun what he would be doing during that lunch period they usually spent together.

"I-I.. honestly I haven't had my period for a while now.." Alisa played with the bracelet on her wrist nervously.

"Since when? And what about Evan?"

Alisa bit her lip,"It's been this way since the last time we slept together Eli. I told him too.."

"Are you fucking kidding me?" Elijah glared at her. "I've always used protection with you Alisa."

"Th-There's always a chance the condom broke.."

"Did you feel anything unusual when you did it with me?" Elijah asked anxiously.

"..."

"Alisa." He spoke again..

"Yes."

"Oh I'm fucked. I'm so fucked. This is fucking.. oh fuck.." Elijah put his head down in his hands. "Alisa seriously?! Why wouldn't you say anything? We could have gotten you plan B or something!"

"I-I don't know.. I was planning on ending things with Evan so I thought.. you would have been okay with us having a baby together."

"Are you fucking stupid?! We're in high school!"

"But you love me!"

"Alisa!"

"You have to stay with me. I'm not doing this alone!"

"Alisa I can't be with you."

"Why not?! I only got with Evan because you were so absent!"

"Did you even consider why I was absent?! I just didn't like you!"

"That's not fair! Why did you go out with me if you didn't like me?!"

"Alisa. I was pressured into it by literally everyone on the football team. Because it's always the captain and the head cheerleader dating for some odd reason."

"You're lying, you just became interested in someone else."

"Then why would you want a baby with me?"

"Because I still want you.."

"Alisa you're fucking crazy." Elijah sighed. "I-I have to bring this up to my parents.. and.. oh God.. this is so fucked up Alisa. We're Seniors!"

"We're going to literally be fine Elijah."

"Alisa.. This is a whole ass baby. And I've been seeing someone else this whole time!"

"Well. Break up with him-her."

"I don't have a fucking choice." Elijah had been so tense he didn't even realize what Alisa said.

Just then, the bell rang. "We.. we should talk later today.

Elijah slid into his seat next to Haejun with a frown on his face.

"Eli? What's wrong baby?"

"Jun.. we have to talk-"

The teacher entered the room and Elijah couldn't finish what he wanted to say. Instead, he settled for holding Haejun's hand for as long as he could.

The moment class ended Elijah walked Haejun to his next class and didn't talk to him again until after practice for the day when they were changing in the locker room.

Elijah felt his heart drop when he realized he and Haejun were the only ones in the room. "Haejun.." He whispered.

"Eli what's wrong? You've been upset this entire time.. and you haven't said anything to me.. did I do something."

"No Jun.. I did something. Something stupid and dumb and just.. really fucking horrible."

"Eli what's going on.." Haejun grabbed Elijah's hand.

"Haejun.. we have to break up." Elijah whispered.

"Eli.. why.. why would you say that? Is this a joke?"

Elijah shook his head. "I think I got Alisa pregnant."

"Eli.."

"I'm so sorry Haejun. I-I have to be there for her just in case it's mine.."

Haejun bit his lip with teary eyes,"Okay." He whispered before grabbing his duffel bag and leaving his now ex-boyfriend behind in the locker room.

Unaware of the person watching him cry as he left.
