"You can't keep him away from the truth" Sakura said over the phone while making the final arrangements at Naruto's house.

"Hn."

"Sasuke-kun..."

"He will know about it at its proper moment." He replied while the Haruno sighed.

She was about to reply but she turned around to see me running with Himawari on my arms.

"Aaaaaaand were here! Oh, hey Sakura-chan!" I said with a grin.

"Aunt Sakura!!!" Himawari said with a warm smile. "Woah, is this our new house?"

"It is! I just finished doing the arrangements. Hopefully you'll feel like home here.." she said with a smile before turning to face me with a skeptical look. "You know what to do..."

I saw how she said goodbyes to Himawari and left us alone. The house was nice and it had three rooms, one bathroom, kitchen and a small living room.

The good thing is that it was ready, and it was ours. And we don't have to pay for anything besides food, electricity and water services.

Sasuke watched how Neji approached him along with Tenten, Kiba and Lee. They already knew about his plan and were taking Neji to meet him at Hinata and Boruto's grave.

"It's been a long time, Sasuke-san." The Hyuga male said with his usual cold tone as the Uchiha only smirked and motioned the rest of the agents to give them space.

Once they were alone, the Uchiha took a deep breath. "Look Neji, a lot of things happened and it's a shame that your uncle didn't told you about it until now..."

"You know how he is. He never liked Naruto and Hinata in the first place. In fact, he never really acknowledged her as her daughter." He replied as he turned around to look at her grave. "She was too kind for our family, too humble."

"You could've stopped her from ending up with Naruto. I mean, you were their number one supporter of their relationship but..."

"You don't know the things she went through." The Hyuga snapped. "She suffered all those years at the Hyuga mansion. Going to school was her only escape. That's when we met all of you. And then she met him."

The Uchiha listened carefully before making a question he wanted to ask ever since they were at school. "What things she went through when she was at the Hyuga mansion?"

The Hyuga took a deep breath before using his right hand to move his shirt, revealing a huge scar that went from his neck to his shoulder. The Uchiha's eyes widened.

"Mine was more physical. I got them as punishments for protecting her from her father. But he manipulated her mind into doing things she later on regretted." Neji said as he closed his eyes, suppressing those dark memories.

*Flashback*

"Neji." His uncle warned as the young boy stood between him and the door that lead to Hinata's room."Move."

"Hinata-sama needs to rest. You can't go in and do those things to her!" He replied as his knees trembled.

"Her punishment is not over. And now that she fell in love with that orphan, I'll make her understand the real feeling of what is it to be with a man."

Neji's eyes widened. "No!" He pushed him. "Please don't. You don't have to do this. You're her own father!!"

Then he received a slap from his uncle. Neji stood frozen. "She is mine, you better understand that. She'll do as I please. Understood. "

Neji lowered his head, feeling his tears roll his face. "I.....I.... understand..."

"Good. Now wait for me in my office for your punishment."

*End of Flashback*

Sasuke stood speechless. He couldn't understand how someone could dare to see their own children like mere objects. But what's worse, he couldn't understand why Naruto didn't told him about this.

"I.....I didn't..." he said.

"Naruto and I promised Hinata to never tell you about this. So we just focused on planning an escape route to start a new life while I gained control of the Hyuga clan to change it forever. But now...."

"I need time Neji. I'll tell you where he is but you have to give me-"

"I've been waiting for eight years. I will not wait a single moment to know the truth from him about what happened. I-" he said as his phone ringed, interrupting him. He picked up the phone and had a small conversation.

"Looks like you have work to do" Sasuke said as the Hyuga finished the call.

"I gotta go. You better show me where Naruto is and what exactly happened while I was gone." He said as he left.

"And you will." The Uchiha said as he watched the Hyuga go away. He turned to Hinata's grave and thought about the dark past she went through.

'You knew about this Naruto...And you still dared to leave her with them?'
