Days has passed.

Kageyama sat on a bench near the volleyball court as he slurped his milk through the plastic straw.

You and Kageyama haven't talked a single bit ever since your first meet. It worried the setter because it seemed like you were avoiding him. And those weird thoughts were still happening to him. Nothing had really changed.

He spent half of his recess drinking milk on that bench alone. Other kids just went by trying to not get Kageyama's rage in any way. Cause that resting bitch face is getting worse and worse.

Then he spent the other half of it asking people in which class you're in. After he got his answer and figured that it's true, he went back to his routine.

Today, is a free day for the Karasuno volleyball team. No practice. And that means they're free to do whatever they want after school.

Usually, Kageyama and Hinata would ignore the fact that they could rest for the day and practice instead. But right now Kageyama already has a plan in mind.

"Come on, Kageyama!" Hinata grabbed his wrist and started to run towards the exit of their school building. No use, he was just running in place.

"I can't today. I have something to do." Kageyama said.

"Kageyama Tobio and his dumb plans." Hinata rolled his eyes at his setter friend.

On a daily basis, Kageyama would grab Hinata's shirt and lift him up a little before smacking him against the wall and hitting his head while screaming boke.

But not today.

Except the last part.

"SHUT UP BOKE!" He yelled at him before turning away and disappeared into the crowds.

Kageyama shoved everyone blocking his way to his sides. He made sure he left class early so he wont be late arriving at your classroom. Which is still on the same floor, but in the other side of the building. The smart people section.

When he finally got there, he leaned casually against the door frame. Knowing that he made the exit smaller for those kids but didn't give a fuck anyway.

"[Y/n]!" Kageyama greeted you as you came into his view, stuttering a little while saying your name. You were walking out of class when you noticed the black haired setter waiting for you.

"What are you doing here?" You said with the flattest tone possible.

"I thought i could hang out with you for awhile after school ends." He smiled sheepishly as he kept matching his walking pace with you so that he's not going to be left behind.

"So, now?"

"Well, yes." Kageyama scratched the back of his neck nervously. He had never been this interested with a person this much before, so he was clueless what to do or act.

"I um.. okay. I don't have anything else to do anyways." You replied, nodding slightly.

Kageyama suggested to hang outside the volleyball court. You were a little hesitant at first. But you let out a big sigh before agreeing.

A few moments later, after passing a lot of crowds and teachers, the both of you reached the empty lot near the volleyball building. Kageyama checked his surrounding and found no one. I guess Hinata went home.

"Now what?" You asked, crossing your arms in front of your chest while you put all your weight on one foot.

The setter didn't answer. He only walked towards a usable volleyball that probably was left out when the team was tidying up. He picked it up and passed it to you with almost no effort.

You sure was not paying attention and most likely was not expecting that. Kageyama prepared himself to laugh and make fun of his new friend when you get hit on the head hard.

But your fast reflex catching the ball ruined the blueberry's upcoming fun.

You sent him a glare right away. Oh, how bad you wanted to slap him.

"Wow.. you must like volleyball. Right?" Kageyama asked as he catched the ball you threw back at him with ease.

"No. I hate it." You replied bluntly. Almost too blunt.

"What? Why?" Thank God that stupid tangerine kid is not here. Or i'm gonna watch a murder being commited right in front of my eyes.

"Stop asking questions, ugh!" You rolled your eyes at Kageyama's sudden curiosity. You always thought of him as a i-do-not-care-if-it-doesn't-involve-me guy. Which is kind of just the way most people see him.

Where does this side of him come from!? You thought.

"But i want to know you!" All the shyness vanished in an instant. Then came back five seconds later featuring blueberry's epic return as a cherry.
