Standing in Ellen's studio was a feeling I only dreamed of having. As a teenager, I always wanted to be on Ellen talking about my new movie and life. Now I was standing backstage with Harry, running through the routine. They spent the day explaining what the show would be like and different skits for each part. I was nervous, but I was able to build on the adrenaline. Most of the nervousness was coming from the haunted house later, but I could handle it right now.

I met Ellen after she finished shooting some of her shows. She was nice to me and bubbly, which made me wonder. A lot of people say she's mean. She didn't mention anything online about Harry and me yet. She and the crew explained how the cameras would be while we were in the haunted house and to constantly stay behind the directors and cameras so they could get a clear shot of us.

"More screams the better," I remember one of the producers saying.

At around seven thirty, some of Ellen's crew drove us down to the Warner Brothers Studio's Haunted House. The crew was setting up their equipment, and placing mics on us. Andy and I were joking around a little and I was looking around for Harry. He wandered off somewhere and had been gone for a while. I was nervous. I hated getting scared.

"Are you ready?" Andy asked me. I smiled and looked over at him, feeling my heart pick up its pace as it started to become a reality.

"As ready as I can be," I said, walking over to him. He laughed a little.

"You'll be fine." He tried to assure me in a shakey voice. The cameras started rolling. "Hi, Ellen. I'm here with Everly Pierce..."

"I'm Everly," I assured him, making him laugh awkwardly. I was wondering where Harry was. He's supposed to be doing this with me.

"We're here at the American Horror Story Haunted House." Andy shoved his hands in his pockets and looked over at me. "Have you ever watched American Horror Story?"

"Nope." He nodded and looked back out at everything. "Andy, don't stop talking, I need you to keep talking so we don't have to go in." He chuckled a little and I grabbed onto his arm.

"I mean you're a new actress, maybe you could act like you're not scared?" He suggested, his voice breaking a little. I chuckled and shook my head.

"Good plan." He laughed and I looked around, not wanting to go in. I was going to be fine, I just knew this was one of the best-haunted houses.

"Well, I'll be by your side the entire way. I'll be there to protect you."

"Don't lie to me. I've seen you on YouTube, you're not very good at sticking with people." I scoffed. It made him and the crew laugh.

"Isn't Harry Styles supposed to be here?"

We both looked around and I felt hands grab my waist and a loud deep scream. I jumped and screamed as I ran off. My heart jumped into my throat and I turned around to see Harry laughing at me. I pressed my hand on my heart and walked back over to him.

"You asshole!" I cursed, looking over at Andy and covering my mouth. "Can I say asshole?"

"Yeah, we'll bleep it out." He assured me. I nodded and looked back over at Harry, who was still laughing. I chuckled, shaking my head at him.

"Don't do that to me!" Harry and Andy both laughed and I breathed out, trying to calm down my heart. Andy walked over to me, placing his hand on my shoulder. I placed my hands on my hips. "Are we sure we have to do this?" Andy laughed and I felt his hand shake.

"How far into it does it start?" He asked the producer. We all laughed. "How are you feeling, Harry?"

"I feel fine." He said, looking as calm as ever. I glared at him and he laughed.
