I had gone home and changed into something a little more business ready. I wore a black skirt, a white shirt, a chic khaki suit blazer, and some black boots. Before this meeting, I decided to get some coffee. I wanted to bring everyone something just as a thank you for the meeting and for starting my clothing line. This was a huge chance for me to start my name without Harry or Ryan. Not that I minded being with Harry, but I just wanted to be Everly Pierce.
I knew I was going to have to tell Linda today that I am now official with Harry. I don't think she's going to like it very much. I think she's going to tell me that this was all a bad idea. The Ellen interview would be on today. The trailer for my movie would be out tomorrow right before I go on The Late Late Show. Then I was worried about Ryan. He hasn't talked much to me lately. As I was walking toward the building with my coffee, I heard my name get called, which caused me to stop.
"Everly Pierce?" A voice asked. I whipped around to see two teen girls standing behind me. Their faces lit up as they saw my face and they squealed a little. "Oh, it's actually you! We love you!"
I blinked, raising my eyebrows at the scene unfolding in front of me. This is the first time that I've been recognized without Harry by my side. I was holding my tray of coffees, trying to understand why they would recognize me.
"Hi," I said, awkwardly smiling. They were probably wanting to take a picture with Harry and hoping I was with him. "Thank you. I'm not with Harry right now... if you wanted to take a picture with him." The blonde girl's eyebrows knitted together as she looked at her friend, who was just as confused.
"Who?" The blonde asked. It took everything in me not to burst into laughter.
"Harry Styles?" I said, snickering a little.
"Oh, yeah, wasn't he in that boy band?" The brunette asked.
"Oh yeah. He's the one everyone thinks you're dating!" The blonde said, turning back to me.
"Yeah, him and your costar, Ryan." This time, I couldn't contain my laughter. I laughed, causing the girls to start laughing awkwardly.
"I'm sorry, I've never been in this situation before. I figured you would want to take a picture with him." I ran my fingers through my hair, stopping myself from laughing.
"No, we want a picture with you." The blonde said.
"Really?" They laughed and nodded and I chuckled. "Okay. Sure, yeah. What are your names?"
"I'm Gabbie." The blonde said.
"And I'm Delaney." The brunette said.
"I'm Everly, nice to meet you guys." I smiled at them, suddenly feeling excited. This was so different for me. I didn't think I'd have any fans any time soon.
"Yeah, we're so excited to see you on Ellen tonight," Delaney said and I smiled.
"Really?" They nodded and my smile grew. "Oh, thank you."
"You're welcome. We're also excited about your movie. I think it's already a good movie. We're excited for the trailer to come out tomorrow. Your acting is so good." Gabbie said. I felt a blush rise to my cheeks. Now I know why Harry loves meeting his fans.
"Thank you. It's going to be good." They both nodded and smiled at each other.
"Are you going to be in any other movies or are you not allowed to say?" Gabbie asked. I chuckled and thought for a second.
"Not yet. Still waiting for a few auditions. I'll keep you guys posted, don't worry." I assured them. They smiled at each other.
"You're so pretty! And your Instagram is literally everything I could ever want!" Gabbie complimented me. I smiled, feeling warmth in me. They were so sweet.
