He doesn't know when it started really. Weeks had gone by and the attacks from the unnamed clan just got worse. More of his men started getting killed and their money and goods were being stolen. He couldn't do anything to stop it.

He was stressed, the clan was stressed, everyone was stressed. In a final effort, Seojun sends Yoongi to China to see if he could extend their line of work over there and maybe save them. The leader was becoming more and more irritable by the day and Jungkook felt like he was hiding something.

Seojun was acting weird. At any mention of the unnamed clan, he would stiffen or get nervous. Jungkook had never seen him act so suspicious before. Seojun was a composed man in matters with business and the clan, but this unnamed clan was bringing out sides of him that Jungkook had never seen.

So Yoongi would be out of town for a couple of months, but that's okay, Jungkook didn't care about that. He had forgotten about Jimin and other clans. His only problem right then was getting rid of the unnamed clan. And that's when it happened.

One day when he was walking along the hall, the ceilings broke and men came down by ropes with their faces masked. They captured the entire fortress, with their numerous multitude. There were too many of them. Jungkook fought as hard as he could but he was outnumbered. They eventually captured his clan and took most of the people to the leader's office with them handcuffed.

Seojun was in a state of terror. He face was pale, he was sweating and trembling. Why was the leader of one of the biggest criminal mafia gangs in South Korea so frightened over this? Jungkook didn't even care that much and he doesn't have even half the experience in the clan as Seojun does.

Everything happened so fast it was unreal. But then again there Jungkook was, pathetically handcuffed by a member of the unnamed clan in front of the man he admired, their leader. He was staring straight at the red circle with a cut through it as if his life depended on it.

Stupid symbol, stupid clan. He curses.

"Please don't do this," Seojun begs the tall man in front. "I'll do anything."

Jungkook would rather die with his dignity than beg shamelessly like that.

"Our initial plan was to end your clan, but our boss has... different plans." the man speaks in a dignified tone.

"What is it? I'll do anything."

"Give us Jeon Jungkook and we'll let you go."

Jungkook opens his mouth to protest but goes silent once he hears an immediate. "Done."

He looks at Seojun wide-eyed. The man didn't look even a little bit sympathetic, just relieved. He lets out a broken 'Hyung?" as he's dragged out of the mansion by a few men.

"Where are you taking me?" he hisses.

"To our boss." the tall man says when they reach many black SUVs lined up right outside the mansion.

"I'd rather die than co-operate!"

"You can make plans to kill yourself after you've met the boss. He's very eager to meet you." the tall man finishes and Jungkook stays silent in agreement.

He doesn't know why he's co-operating, but something tells him he would want to see who the boss was. The people blindfolded him, tied his legs and put him at the back seat. They also gave him some water to drink, which Jungkook knew was drugged but he'd rather be unconscious than think about how his life is just a series of betrayals.

He doesn't know when he fell asleep. By the time he woke up, he was tied to a chair and the atmosphere felt cold.
