Four POV:

That night my head is filled with the words Tris said. It dawns on me that she's scared of me. Maybe even petrified. After that thought my sleep is restless. I stay awake for the rest of the night. Tris doesn't take another shift, she remains asleep, her features peaceful but her mind full of unrest. I was always good at identifying what was wrong. But now it's my fault.

Morning comes and we're on the move again. We fet to an alleyway and discover another pod. The team splits into two and Finnick pulls me with him. Boggs throws a rock high up in the sky. Machine guns come out and fire at nothing. Once it stops Boggs, Freddy and Finn walk precariously to the end, more guns fire and hit Boggs. Tris looks towards me before running towards Boggs. Peeta and Katniss both join her. Boggs is directly talking to Tris, I hear her say her name. Once it's clear the rest of us all go over to the small group. "He's dead." Katniss says matter of factly. Freddy and Finn scout the rest of the location looking for potential hide out places. Freddy steps on a tile which sinks into the ground a bit. Nobody moves. The gigantic brick gates start to close us in, it must be another pod. Brown sludge starts to flow out from the gaps where the gate doors used to be. Tris picks up the computer device and we all start to run to the nearest building.

Something animalistic takes over me. My survival instincts kick in. I want to kill Tris. I lunge forward and grab the neck of her jacket. She stumbles back. Someone tries to pull me off her but I shrug them off. I turn breifly to see Messiah fall b ackward and get caught in a bear net. Dead. Tris starts to run again but I tackle her to the ground, I use her gun to keep her on the flor. Finnick and Peeta both pull me off her. Peeta injects me with a sedative as Tris gets up and runs to the house. The brown sludge is getting higher and higher. Peeta and Finnick haul me up the stairs to the rest of the team . The brown sludge starts to recede. I slump against the wall. "All right Tris, I'm going to need you to hand over the Holo now." Lieutenant Jakcson says. Tris looks down at the Holo in her hands and shakes her head. "I can't do that. Boggs signed control over to me." She gives the Lieutenant her best death stare. If I could laugh, I would be laughing right now. "Soldier, I'm going to need you to sign over control." Jackson says, not fased by Tris' death stare. Unfortunantely for Jackson, Tris doesn't back down. She stands taller than ever. "I can't do that." She says. I'm so proud of her right now. Lieutenant Jackson takes out her gun and points it at Tris. Despite the possibility of death, Tris doesn't back down at all. She steps closer to Jackson before speaking again. "I'm under direct orders from Coin to assasinate President Snow." Her gaze doesn't waver. I blink and everyones guns are pointed at each other. Both Katniss and Belle step forward and stand next to Tris. "It's true." Belle says. "Coin wants us to capture footage of it so that she can use it to gain support, it's a peice of propoganda." Tris pushes Finnick and Peeta's gun down. "Boggs said that when the time came, you would help me." Lieutenant Jackson sighs and puts down her gun.

Cody presses down on the top step. The sludge has dried. "If we want to get out of here, we have to move out now." He says. Tris looks at Freddy, "We'll come back for you Freddy. I promise." Finn moves over to Freddy. "I can stay with him. We both have our guns, we can protect ourselves." Tris nods and the team files out, Peeta helps me to get down the stairs. Tris walks in front using the Holo to look for any pods. We reach a new building and head in, immediately closing the curtains. A mandatory Capitol programme comes on and lights up the room. It shows the Peacekeepers firing at the building we were just in. Freddy and Finn fire back but it's useless. One of the Peacekeepers fires a bomb at the building and causes part of it to crumble. All gunshots stop. Just like in the games, pictures of us come up showing our death. Finnick chuckles. A sudden realisation hits me. "I'm the mutt. This is my fault. You should just kill me now." I say. Tris looks directly at me defiantly. "That's not going to happen. Ever." I can feel the love pouring out of her.
