Tris POV:

In the morning Cinna makes us some basic food and gives us some Capitol clothes to disguise ourselves. We eat and change in silence before Cinna takes us upstairs. "I should go with you." Four says.
"You can't. It's not safe." I reply.
"I could cause a distraction for you. I can be of help." He sounds so distraught and unhappy. I take his hands and look at him lovingly, trying to hide my fears. "I've lost you once Four, I'm not risking losing you again." He sighs but nods in agreement with me. I hug him goodbye before heading out with Katniss and Finnick. I keep my hood up and hide my bow behind my back. It's pretty easy to blend in with these stupid people. We walk towards the presidents gated house, mansion is probably a better word. Peacekeepers are everywhere, it's hard to look at your surroundings when you have to hide your face.

Somewhere in front of us, a bomb goes off and I instinctively duck. When I rise again I see Finnick being hauled away by a peacekeeper. My heart goes out to him. Somewhere within all the chaos, I lost sight of Katniss. I move forward and climb onto an overturned truck to try and get a better view. At the gates of the house, children are being handed over to peacekeepers. I climb back down and another bomb hits, this one on the children. I rush forward, looking for my ally and friend. "Katniss! Katniss! Where are you?" In the middle of the debris I see Katniss stand up. "Katniss!" I yell delightedly. I start moving toward her when a third bomb hits the exact same spot as before. I'm thrown back a couple of metres, my body feels like it's on fire. Snow starts to fall around me, I must be dying.

When I awake, Four rushes over to me and kisses my forehead. "What happened to Katniss?" I croak.
"She's gone Tris. I'm sorry." I sit up immediately and push him away. I get up from the bed and walk to the door. "I'm sorry. I just need to be alone right now." I walk out the room and wander around the house that I can only assume to be Snow's. I venture outside and walk towards the greenhouse. The guards let me in and I'm overstruck by the smell. The place is filled with flowers. Roses. White roses. I walk around expecting to find some other type of flower but I don't. But in the middle of the place I see Snow handcuffed to the chair. My natural instinct is to run but there's no way that he can hurt me from here.
"Ah the Snow Queen herself, Tris Prior. To what do I owe this pleasure?" He sneers.
"You're going to die and I'm going to be the one who goes it." I say before storming out.
