Four POV:

We're all summoned by Coin for a meeting to discuss what to do next. Who will the next president be? I haven't see Tris since she woke up and walked out of her room, leaving me behind. As much as I wanted to follow her, I knew she needed time alone. We all sit around a massive circular table waiting for Tris to arrive.

She comes in and takes the seat next to Finnick and Peeta. I'm not going to lie and say it didn't hurt me seeing her deliberately sit with them, because it did. "We are gathered here today as tributes and as friends to discuss the future of Panem. I propose that we hold one final Death Games with the children of the Capitol as a punishment. Let's take a vote." Peter, Molly, Rue and Thresh all agree to it. Will, Finnick, Peeta and I disagree. It's down to Tris and Haymitch. I look at her, expecting her to say no immediately. "If we do it, I want to be the one to kill Snow." She says. I look to Coin, just like everybody else.
"I didn't expect anything less." Coin approves.
"Then I say yes." Tris says.
"I'm with the girl." Haymitch agrees. Tris would never normally agree to something like this. It's so against all her beliefs which makes me worry even more. "We will tell the city this afternoon when we execute Snow. Tris please be ready, I want this filmed. You're all dismissed." I rush out the foot and pull Tris aside.

"What the hell are you doing Tris?" I ask her demandingly.
"I'm doing something I should've done a long time ago." She shrugs her arm away from me. "I have a plan and you can't convince me not to do it." She's as fiesty as ever. But if she has agreed to the one final games, it's because of this plan. Which must mean she's going to create a storm in the Capitol.
