A/N: I haven't done a preference for a while and this was just a cute idea I had. I know it's short, but I hope y'all enjoy it. I'm working on many updates and longer one shots that will hopefully be out soon. June was a rough month for me, but y'all were part of the reason my birthday at the end of it turned out so special. -low key super nervous that he starts doing that thing where he focuses on speaking the language too much and speaks really quickly (it cute though) -Namjoon usually isn't one for skinship, but in this situation, you would be his anchor. He would always have his hand on your knee or be subtly touching you in some way -calls your parents 'sir' and 'ma'am' -brings flowers -ends up charming them by the end of the night -no matter how it went, will need reassurance that they did, in fact, like him -your parents will mention how it was obvious he cares so much for you -will never allow your parents to make any disparaging remarks towards you -will become good friends with your siblings

-your parents immediately like him -for once, doesn't mention how handsome he is (even if your family does, cause let's be honest they would) -would do his best to communicate (if there's a language barrier) -low key intimidates some of your family accidentally -your family knows he will take care of you -let's be honest, every mom would love Jin and immediately want y'all to get married -while a little awkward around your parents, he lets his guard down around your siblings -offers to cook next time -after the first meeting would probably have dad joke competitions with your dad
