Jeongguk chuckles as he speaks to Seokjin on the phone. "Well, you better get your ass here with the guys. Let's celebrate! Congratulations on being a doctor, hyung."

Seokjin laughs from the other line. "Whatever, Guk. We're on our way."

"Good," Jeongguk says, hearing a few knocks on his door. "I'm hanging up, I think the wine I ordered is here."

"Alright, bye."

"Bye."

Jeongguk tucks his phone into his pocket, heading to the door. Once he opened it, his brows lifted up upon seeing a beautiful maiden who had blonde hair and blue highlights, giving him the prettiest smile he ever saw. She had porcelain-like features that made him feel weird inside, along with her doe eyes that made her look ethereal.

She's beautiful. Jeongguk thought.

However, he averted his eyes downwards, brows knitting upon seeing that she had her luggage with her. "Yes?" Jeongguk asks her, trying to sound polite.

"You're Jeon Jeongguk, right?" The woman asks.

Jeongguk nodded at this. He then cleared his throat and crossed his arms. "I am, you are?"

"You . . . you don't remember me?" she asks him. Jeongguk shakes his head. The woman frowned a bit, but quickly recomposed herself and continued to smile. "That's alright. I'm sure you're very stressed being a cop to remember me--"

"How did you know that I'm a cop?" Jeongguk asks, getting defensive.

"You told me," she beams. Jeongguk's forehead creased even more at this. "Anyway, I'm Lalisa Manoban. You can call me Lalisa, Lali, Lili, or just Lisa. Whatever you prefer!"

"Alright, uh, Miss Lalisa?" Jeongguk wanted to be polite and formal to her since he doesn't really know her despite her knowing him. "What are you doing here?"

"I'm pregnant, hehe," Lalisa shyly tells him.

Jeongguk nods in acknowledgment. "Oh, okay." Jeongguk was confused a bit. "Congrats, I guess," he hesitantly tells her.

"Thank you." Lalisa continues to smile. "To you, too!"

Jeongguk's smile tightened at this. "Pardon me?"

"Oh, this is your child I'm carrying, hehe."

"What?!"
