Maybe sometimes, we really can't help ourselves but be stupid in terms of love. That's why I understand now how people feel whenever they have their break-ups, they're not overreacting, maybe because sharing their pain will make it less for them.

Pain heals, it just needs a matter of time to make it happen. The pain I am bearing my entire life is already healed the moment I accepted the fact that nothing will really change even how much I blame myself.

It's been a week since that night happened but it still always goes into my mind. The moment I saw how his eyes beg for me, how he hugs me desperately, and the way he tells me he loves me.

I believe him. It's stupid, I know, but I really believe him. But maybe I'm not yet ready to open my heart for him again. The pain he inflicted in my heart was still fresh and clear.

"How are you?" Scar asked me, we're in the middle of writing lectures the professor wrote on the board.

I shrugged, continue writing despite how conspicuous her eyes are. "I'm fine. Why?"

"you're Dad?"

"we're good. I'm still living in my dorm and he's against it but we talked about it already." It's true. Naalala ko pa ang sermon sa akin ni Papa dahil sa desisyon ko. He wanted me to move to the mansion but I don't think I have to.

Maybe mas sanay na ko ngayong mamumuhay mag-isa. But I told him I'll go home from time to time.

"What about your stepmom and you're evil bitch sister?" I chuckled from how she describes my step sister.

"we're good as well. Tita Alicia accepted me and so am I. Hindi pa kami nagkakausap ni Hannah."

She nodded. "Oh-By the way...Have you heard the news?"

I frowned. "what news?"

She blinks at me. "Really? You don't know? Ba't ba hindi na ko nagulat. Oh well—Grey and Hannah broke up. Well, sa pagkakaalam ko wala naman talagang sila pero iyon ang balita"

I stilled. Napatigil ako s pagsusulat dahil sa sinabi niya. So what Grey was saying is true? Is there nothing really going on between them?
