The girl from his past
Being astound is not enough word to describe what's written on my face while roaming my eyes around the yard--Still, The Garden was still my most favorite part of the house in view of the fact that it gives me miraculous chills and modifies my mind.
I've never been this captivated in my life, the green was just my view yet it makes the whole surrounding alive and spectacular. The lights hanging in a big trellis roof, with a set of outdoor sofa. A huge fishpond aside and a lot of designer plants making the whole place extremely marvelous.
"What are you thinking?"
My heart instantly melted when I felt a warm pair of arms wrapped around me and a hot breath brushing on my neck.
"Iniisip ko lang kung gaano kayo magkamukha ng papa mo" natatawa kong sabi. I pushed him away when he bit the skin of my neck. "Grey! Behave! Nandito ang magulang mo"
"They're not here..." he whispered and continued kissing my neck.
"Grey nga kasi!" I hissed.
Thankfully, he stopped kissing my neck and just settle himself hugging me behind. Halos magkalapat na ang pisngi namin parehas dahil sa sobrang lapit niya.
"I told you...they will love you" he whispered.
Napangiti ako. For a second in my life, I once felt the fear of being left behind. His parent's acceptance made me confident. And from that moment I met his father's dark eyes, all I knew is I have to fight for Grey because I love him.
I pursed my lips when I remember something. Kinalas ko ang yakap ni Grey sa akin dahil nadi-distract ako sa pwesto namin.
"Babe..." he whined.
I stare at him. His eyes soften. "What does your father meant earlier? The one with the 'girl you're looking for years'..."
I felt something heavy in my chest. We only knew each other for months, so clearly I am not the girl his father's referring about.
He stared at me, longer as I expected. This is the only that I desperately wish that I can read his mind, his eyes speak a lot of emotions, yet he's suppressing it so I won't be able to see it.
