Femi's POV.
"Good morning dad! Morning mom!" I greeted as I walked into the dining room for breakfast.
"Morning dear" mom said with a smile.
"Morning my boy, how was your night?" Dad asked while I took a seat at the table.
"It's was good" I replied.
"And your nose?" Mom asked and I grinned, putting a piece of toast into my mouth.
"It's getting better. Don't worry" I said and she nodded her head and returned back to eating her food.
Shortly after, Damola finally came downstairs in the noisiest of all ways.
"Hey, hey, hey! How's my favorite set of humans doing? Morning fam!" He chirped and walked over to gave my parents a hug.
This guy is bent on stealing my parents! Because I'm leaving him nau!
"How are you?" Mom said to him and he did a spin and smiled.
"Can't you see how exquisitely handsome I'm looking? I'm doing fine, mom" he said to her while I just shook my head amusedly.
"Damola, you and your crazy ways. Grab a seat and put your behind on it" dad said and I laughed.
"Ah-ah! Guy, it's me oh. I'm not Femi" he said, pointing to me. "I'm Damola, your personal person oh" he said to dad and we all laughed.
"Guy, shut up now" I said, sipping my coffee.
"Me, I should shut up? A whole me! Are you guys hearing this goat?" He said and I rolled my eyes at him.
"You talk too much!" I said and he hissed.
"That's because I hate nonsense. I hate what I hate abeg" he grinned as he finally took a seat and ate with us. Few minutes later, Chioma finally came into the dinning room, dressed in ripped jean shorts and a black shirt with a diagram of a rose imprinted on it with black Pam slippers.
"Morning sir! Morning ma!" She greeted.
"Morning" they both responded with smiles on their faces.
"How was your night?" She asked and Chioma responded with a nod.
"It was fine" she smiled. She looked really happy today and I'm guessing that's probably because she's going back home today.
"Come and join us" dad said.
"Uh, no need. I'll eat in the guest room" she replied and dad responded with a nod.
"I'll send your breakfast to your room, okay?" Mom said and Chioma nodded her head in response and retreated back into her room.
"Dad, when are you guys going over to her house?" I asked the minute she left dinning room.
"We'll leave this morning, around ten o'clock or so" he replied, taking a sip of his coffee.
"I'm coming with" I said.
"You can't. You have to get to work, remember?" He replied and I shrugged in response.
