Third's Person's POV.

Sometimes in life, it's the things that we do not expect that happens to us. They were never planned for, and are rather spontaneous. In life, we have no control over the things that happen - most times - and we often fall victims to the hands of Fate. No one knows tomorrow, for tomorrow is pregnant - so the popular adage goes.

Even the ones we least expect to end up with, might be the ones to shoulder all our pains in the end. Perhaps, they maybe the ones to listen when you're down - even when the ones you thought would be there wouldn't. They may be the ones to understand you, way better than those you thought would forever understand you.

As nothing and no one can be perfect, so also in life, nothing can fully be predicted. Life is a roller-coaster of emotions, on our journey we might stumble into obstacles and bump into people that may be the reason for our progresses or set-backs, but all that matters, and is most important; is that we surmount obstacles.

A little sprinkling of positivity can and will go a long way in one's life, and that's why we must never look down on anyone - nothing even when they look down on you.

* * *

Chioma was now fully cladded in her wedding dress. If Femi had found her mesmerizing, on her birthday, he'd certainly find her tempting today.

The elegance in her entire appearance was capable of keeping heads turning and mouths gaping in awe. She was an alluring masterpiece, in her wedding dress. The angelic poise and grace held all in one outfit and her entire appearance, was enough to make a man go mad. And the torture involved in it all, was that she knew she could.

Her dress was a Marie-Chantal Miller wedding dress. It hugged up her body and clung to her waist region nicely... Almost like a corset - upwards, and flowed downwards, spreading through the floor and sweeping through each time she walked. The top part was made out of a lacy design and was sleeveless, meanwhile, the down part of the gown had a lacy finish and embroideries adorning it's flawless, immaculate white color. The dress had a lot of frills and that made it spread widely... Just like a ball gown.

Her veil was exactly the same length as her wedding dress, flowing downwards in a classic manner. And it had a lacy finish as well, and stylish and elegant embroideries.

Her hair had been styled into a black, long weave-on which was well waxed and had been put into a large bun. Her hair had been adorned with with white floral hair clips which were attached to her hair, alongside a silver tiara with silver glittering stones encrusted into it.

Her makeup was done by one of the best makeup designers in Lagos. It was smokey and made her look fierce and appear like an Arabian princess - which she apparently nailed the looks effortlessly. Her lips were smacked with a thick layer of crimson red lipstick and outlined by a nude color, making her lips more outlined and redefined. A nude blush was applied to her cheeks, and her eyes had some mascara, eyeliner and nude eyes shadow. Her brows were outlined by a black eye pencil and her entire face shone of the foundation and bronzer applied to her face.

Her nails were painted in white nail polish and had a few stones on them. Coupled with her jewelry - which were the necklace and earrings given to her by Agozie, and then bracelet given to her by Femi's mother - she was seemingly looking like a Greek goddess. A Chinese empress - if one was willing to elaborate further.
