Chapter 3: Mystic Sword

Nagpatuloy sila sa paglalakad hanggang tumigil sila sa isang malaking puting building o parang arena sa desinyo nito. Nagsimula naman siyang nagtaka ng wala siyang nakitang pinto o pintoan, wala ding bintana. Kaya paano sila makakapasok?

She was about to asked when they suddenly fall into a deep pit. They all shouted.

They're falling and sliding down in a tubular then, in  the end of it was a light. Baka ito na ang lagusan. Nang akala niyang simpling slide ito at kumurba ito pataas kaya para silang mga bolang iniitsa pataas at napasigaw na naman silang lahat ng pabagsak na sila. Nabigla nalang siya sa kanyang sarili ng nagawa niyang makaperfect and safe landing, ganoon din ang mga kasamahan niya.

Vicky was the first one to complained. "Sir Toyoshi naman! Bakit biglaan ata ang supresa niyo sa daanan na iyon? Muntik na akong mahilo at mawalan ng kaluluwa sa ginawa niyo po!"

"Wait, where am I? Who I am?" Si Marvin, umaakting na nahihilo kaya bigla itong binatukan ni Shaina.

"Umayos ka!" Singhal nito.

Sumimangat si Marvin at umayos habang nakahawak sa batok. "Sadista mo." Sabi nito.

May narinig silang tumawa kay mabilis siyang napalingon dito. Standing in front of them is a man in mid-20's, wearing a white lab coat, and has a handsome face, with an eyeglasses sticking to it. He doesn't looked strict. Ito ba ang sinasabi nilang si Mr. Toyoshi?

"Oh, hi Avria. Welcome back. I'm glad you woke up, and you still hadn't change. Ikaw pa rin ang Avriang nakilala ko. You had a perfect landing." Nasisiyahang sabi nito.

Her eyebrows furrowed in bewilderment. Anong woke up? Anong hindi ako nag-iiba? Ano bang meron?

Mr. Toyoshi clasped his hands. "Anyway, kaya ko kayo pinapatawag ay dahil dumating na ang mga latest inventions of special weapons galing sa Org." Anito at naglakad papunta sa isang mahabang mesa na kung saan may nakahilerang iba't - ibang weapon. Pero nakalutang ang mga weapons gamit ang isang hologram.

Humarap ito sa kanila. "And now, all of you have given the chance to choose one weapon among these newly invented special weapons." Dagdag nito sa seryosong boses.

Bigla din napaseryoso ang mga kasama niya pero may halong kislap ang mata nila. Parang excited.

"Now, before you choose your weapon. I'll explain first kung paano niyo ito makukuha." Sabi nito at parang may tinitipa sa isang holographic keyboard at may lumabas din na hologram kung saan may isizi-zoom in si Mr. Toyoshi na image ng isang weapon, a sword.

"So, before you get your weapons. May kaakibat itong malaking challenge upang makuha niyo ito. Pero pagkakuha at pagkahawak niyo nito ay kailangan niyo agad itong paamuhin kung ayaw niyong umatake ito sa inyo ng bigla. Nagkakaliwanagan ba tayo?" Ani Mr. Toyoshi.

Tumango silang lahat. Mr. Toyoshi give us the signal na lumapit sa mga weapons at tumingin - tingin dito para pumili.

Dumiretso siya sa knife sections, she's not sure if it is called knife section but the only thing she knows, ay maraming nakahilerang iba't - ibang klase ng patalim. A shuriken, butterfly knife, swiss knife, and many more. She pouted when she can't choose. Lumipat siya sa ibang table. Iba't - ibang klase na naman ng swords. Pero may isang nakakuha sa kanyang paningin.

It's a double edge sword, with a white dragon engraved on the steel, and it was made of gold, and the handle has a unique design, a wings made of gold, and a rose engraved on it. It looks beautiful, and I want this. Its like the sword is telling her to get me, choose me.

But before I touched it, someone stop me. Lumingon siya dito.

"What?" She asked.

"Are you sure of choosing that?" Seryosong tanong ni Mr. Toyoshi.

Tumango siya. "Yes, isn't this one of the inventions?" She asked as she diverted her gaze to the sword.

Umiling si Mr. Toyoshi. "No." He said firmly and stared the sword. "That sword is not made by us, and not even one of our special inventions. The sword is mystical, Avria. Walang sino pa man ang nagkamaling piliin iyan dahil na din sa kakaibang awra na inilalabas ng espadang iyan. So, I advice you to think twice if you really want to choose that as your weapon." Sabi nito sa seryosong tono.

Napaisip siya. It doesn't looked like its giving chilling aura to her, para pa ngang tinatawag siya nito at hinahalinang kuhanin ito. So why should she choose it? Its nice. And she thinks its also powerful, perfect for her.

"I chose this." She said, full of determination.

Mr. Toyoshi sighed. "Fine, if you want to chose that? Then goodluck for your challenge." Sabi nito sa pagsukong tono at iniwan siya.

She exhales and inhales heavily. Okay, this is it, bring it on Avria. Slowly, she reached the handle of the sword, and as soon as she hold it, an immensing light enveloped the whole lab and cause her to shut her eyes, then suddenly she's on a black dimension.

"Where am I?" She asked while trying to see something.

Nakakabulag ang labis na kadiliman na nakikita niya. Walang niisang ilaw. Wala.

She heard someone laughed kaya mabilis siyang humarap sa harap. How can she see that person if its black, a total black out?!

"Avria Mostyn, the leader of Mythic Unit who had a severe amnesia."

Boses babae! Pero para itong kumakanta o sumisimoy ang tinig nito sa hangin. Parang diwata, or nakakahalinang nilalang dahil sa boses nitong taglay. Parang marahang musika.

"Who are you?! Magpakita ka!" Sigaw niya.

She's alone. Hindi naman siya takot sa kadiliman, pero ibang klase kasi ang nakakalagyan niya. These darkness gives her a chill.

Tumawa ulit ang babae. "Really? You want me to show myself? Can you even take it?" Sabi nito, may halong panunuya.

"Why you just don't show yourself to me? Let's see if I can take it!" She said back.

She's now starting to get nervous when a gold like light shone upon in her front. Slowly a beautiful girl wearing a stunning dress, with a gold wings in full shown and a crown with roses.

She step back and gasped when she suddenly opened her eyes. Her eyes are gold!

"What are you?" She asked, trying to be calm.

Ngumiti ang babae. "I am no one." Anito at lumipad papalapit sa kanya.

"Don't come near me!" She shouted and step back.

But it didn't listen, instead of stopping she continue flying towards her and is smiling wider. "Why Avria? You choose me." Sabi nito.

Parang musika ang tunog nito pero kasalungat ang nararamdaman niya. Sinasabi ng kanyang utak na maging alerto at huwag lumapit sa nilalang na hindi niya mawari ngayon. She felt her hands shivered.

"No, I said don't come near me!" She shrieked.

The lady stops. Her golden eyes locked her gaze to her. She froze in her spot. Unable to move.

"Who are you? And what are you?" She spatted.

Her body is sweating bullets right now.

The lady smiled. "I said it, I am no one. I have this golden wings, but I'm no angel nor an archangel. I have this eyes of gold like a dragon, but I'm no dragon. I have this beautiful face and sharp fangs, but I'm no demoness nor a fairy. I am no one, and I am you." Sabi nito.

What is she saying? She's no one but she is me?

"What are you trying to point out? What do you mean that you are me?!"

"You'll soon know..." then she fades.
