Party
"Kuya! I don't want to go there!" I ranted while following Kuya Dell wherever he went.
Hinarap ako ni Kuya pagkatapos niyang magsalin ng tubig sa baso.
"Bakit?" Seryoso ngunit mapang-asar na tanong ni Kuya.
"Eh sa ayoko!" I rolled my eyes to him.
Ang gagong Kuya Dell, tumawa lang.
"Kuya!" Inis na sambit ko. Halos sabunutan ko ang aking ulo dahil sa inis,
Umalis na lang ako sa kitchen at naglakad na papuntang grand staircase. Hahakbang pa lang ako ay biglang bumukas ang double door ng living room. Mom and Dad's entering the common area.
"Oh, Ziya? You didn't prepare for tonight's event?" Mom asked,
"Uhm, how about you Mom? You will not attend? It's Madam El Vergara's night!" I exclaimed happily, trying to ease and divert her question.
I step back and face Mom properly. Mom only raised her brows and surveyed my reaction.
"We're not going. We are going to Davao tonight, we'll catch our flight. Tomorrow is your Dad's start of campaign in Mindanao."
Nabaling naman ang attention ni Daddy sa akin habang may inaayos siya sa maleta. Pumasok rin ang driver namin at kinuha ang mga maleta.
"You and Dell will represent us. Better not to do any stupid actions." Dad firmly said.
I nodded slightly then Dad passed us. He's walking upstairs. I only sighed,
"Why? You don't want to go there? Is there any problem? I already bought your dress for tonight." Mom crossed her arms,
Actually it's not that I'm not interested in going there, but I feel guilty! I feel guilty in all my actions towards Eros the last day! I don't know but I'm very embarrassed to face him knowing what I've said something to him!
It's already 6pm and here I am, rolling around my bed. Still struggling to decide whether to go or not!
Maya pa ay may kumatok sa pinto, kaya agad akong bumangon at deretsong binuksan ang pinto.
"Oh, Kuya! Gwapo mo ah?" I joked Kuya but he didn't buy it.
Wearing a black tuxedo, paired with a royal blue necktie, it looked dashing on Kuya Dell. His left wrist got his designer watch. His hair was waxed perfectly on his left side, leaving a little strand of hair in front.
"Get ready. We're going whether you like it or not."
