Caspian pushed the big double doors open and walked into the beautifully decorated navigation room. Camille, Lucy, Edmund, and Marcus followed along behind. Lucy walked over to a large carving of Aslan and smiled.
"Aslan," she mused.
Edmund glanced over the paintings on the walls and Camille walked over to a cabinet. There were sketches of seven old Telmarine men on the walls. Each having a look of a high importance.
"Susan's bow and arrows!" Lucy exclaimed as she went over to a window in the cabin where the bow and arrows were lying.
"Lucy," Caspian spoke up.
The girl in question turned around and looked at him. Caspian pulled out something of a drawer and presented her with her valuables.
"My healing cordial and dagger!" She exclaimed happily when she came over. She reached for them but hesitated. "Oh, may I?" She inquired.
"Of course, they're yours," Caspian insisted.
Lucy smiled and quickly buckled her valuables around her waist.
"Peter's sword," Edmund smiled when he noticed the weapon in a corner cabinet.
"Yes," Caspian smiled. "Looked after it as I promised." He picked it up and held out to Edmund. "Hold it if you wish."
Edmund came over to Caspian. "No, it's yours. Peter gave it to you," he looked up at Caspian.
"We did save this for you," Camille smirked. She picked up a flashlight and tossed it at Edmund.
Edmund grinned in amusement as he looked over it. "Thanks," he muttered, then flipped the switch on right in his own face, blinding himself for a moment.
"Way to go, Ed," Camille giggled.
Camille turned to the cabinet again and drew out two weapons. "Marcus," she smiled going over to the boy. "Ever used a weapon before?"
"Well, um, I do. I take up fencing back at home. Mother says it's better than ....um ....studying."
Camille looked at him for a moment. She sensed something different about this boy. But what? "Well, then, maybe these could come in handy later on."
She handed him a handle of a staff that extended two blades on each end. The other weapon was just an ordinary javelin.
The boy shyly took the weapons as the others watched on.
Camille glanced at Caspian and then said. "There is a Legend connected to the staff that tells of a lost family that went missing. The Legend states that when this sword is placed into the hands of one of the lost family, it would glow. But that has never happened. I found it just recently and brought it on this voyage, thought it might come in handy."
The boy smiled at her. "Thanks."

"So what's happened since we left?" Lucy asked.
Camille and Caspian stood behind a table in the center with a map spread out. The others stood on the other side and Captain Drinian had joined them.
"Since you were gone, the giants in the north have surrendered unconditionally. We have also defeated the Calormens in the Great Desert. There is peace throughout all of Narnia."
Edmund raised an eyebrow. "Peace?"
"Yes," Camille smiled. "and in just three years."
Lucy grinned and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. "And did you find yourself a queen in those years?" She asked Caspian.
Caspian smiled but it didn't show in his eyes. "No, not one to compare with your sister."
"Oh, I'm sure there's a nice girl out there for you, dear brother," Camille grinned as big as Lucy.
Caspian just stared down at her causing Camille to laugh.
"And what about you Camille?" Lucy smiled again.
"Well, I'm not sure about that yet," Camille replied quietly.
Edmund frowned slightly at this.
"Hang on, if there are no wars to fight and no one's in trouble .... then, why are we here?" Edmund inquired, crinkling up his forehead in confusion.
"That's a good question. I've been asking myself the same question," Caspian mused.
"So, where are we sailing to?" Marcus leaned over the table and studied the map. He was fascinated with cartography.
"We're off to find the seven Lords of Telmar." Camille explained. "Before we took back the throne from our uncle, Miraz tried to kill them. They were our father's closet friends and advisors." Camille and Caspian turned to look at the face sketches on the wall. Lucy and Edmund came over.
"They fled to the Lone islands. No one has heard of them since," Caspian pointed to a spot on the map.
Do you think something happened to them?" Edmund asked as he studied the sketches.
"Well if something has," Caspian looked at his sister. "it's our duty to find out."
"So what's east of the lone islands?" Lucy asked, tracing her index finger across the map.
"Uncharted waters, things you can barely imagine, tales of sea serpents and worse." Captain Drinian spoke up, looking at them.
"Sea serpents?" Edmund grinned.
"Alright captain, enough of your tall tales." Caspian bit into an apple.
Drinian nodded and then dismissed himself to go to the hold.
