I slumped back in my seat and closed my eyes listening to the music play. It was my own party and I wasn't even in the mood? What's going on with me.
I walk out and see chloe. I gulp and try to walk around her but get caught in the middle,
" I'm so happy for you chlo " sian says pulling chloe into a hug.
" I really think he's the one! "
The one? Charlie? But he said he didn't like her
" well think again " I blurt out causing there eyes to be on me.
I look to chloe who seems confused so I walk into the garden to get some space.
I can't believe this..
How could he do this..
Make her fall in love with him make her believe she actually has a chance when he's just going to break her heart.

" hey see that girl over there is she easy?" charlie said pointing over to chloe.
" why would you ask that? " I say pulling my SnapBack down.
" I got her number yesterday she's hot " charlie says laughing.
" yeah she's beautiful " I blurt out forgetting charlie was here.
" do you like her or something " charlie smirks.
" Is it that obvious " I ask playing with my fingers.
" yeah well I'm sort of talking to her but it's not serious at the moment if you get me " charlie sniggers filling up his drink.
" what like you haven't had sex yet? " I ask obliviously.
" yeah I'm talking to other girls anyway so it's not a problem Chloe's just making me wait longer " charlie says through gritted teeth.
I shrug and turn back to look at chloe.
" she's still single though why don't you make your move " charlie smirks.
" I don't know " I say uneasily.
" well I know at least 4 boys who want her tonight so Id make your move if I were you "
" I don't even know if she likes me back " I shrug.
" kyle man, she's not going to no it's you she's drunk " charlie laughs.
I turn away and drink my drink.
" if your that bothered about hurting her just pretend your me " charlie says pushing me to chloe. " come on since when has kyle brooks been a softy "
" yeah your right " I say to charlie trying to convince myself.
This feels so wrong but right..
But she wouldn't know it's me yeah? I'm kyle brooks I can get any girl so why is this girl more challenging for me..
" just get drunk like her it will flow " charlie insists.
I listen to him and drink my vodka till I have no sense anymore.
Me and Chloe started dancing and I leaned in and kissed her she kissed me back and we went upstairs.
" chloe I love you " I whispered in her ear kissing her neck.
" I love you charlie " she giggled her eyes closed but her lips against mine. She brushed her hands through my hair and looked into my eyes I stared back into hers.
The last thing I remember was turning over to find her beside me in my bed, I got up before she woke up and tried to fit the pieces together. What happened?
I went over to Charlies house and told him everything.

I put my head in my hands and closed my eyes, how could I be so stupid. But how could chloe forget a moment like that, we stared into each others eyes noticing each others imperfections but not caring, it felt like us against the world.
" what's up with you " charlie comes outside laughing at me.
" charlie we need to tell chloe " I shout.
" keep your voice down " charlie hissed.
" I can't watch this anymore "
" look kyle if we tell her she's going to hate us both is that what you want? "
" I don't no.. " I say shaking my head.
" make your choice " charlie shrugs leaving me alone in the garden to capture my thoughts.

Chloe's Pov-
" hey beautiful " charlie says wrapping his arm around my waist.
" hey baby " I say kissing his lips passionately.
" someone's eager tonight " charlie whispers down my ear.
" of course I am it's been so long since last time" I laugh.
" last time? " charlie questions.
I look at him confused.
" um yeah last time we were here, categorically in the bedroom? "

" Oh! " charlie laughs dragging out the h.
" how could you forget it's the first time we slept together? " I spit.
" no no I didn't babe chill " charlie laughs.
" whatever I'm going outside " I say pushing past charlie and going outside to get some fresh air. I mean how could he forget? It was the first time I felt like I loved him.. Even if I was drunk I'd remember a moment like that. It felt so meaningful. I mean he told me he loved me? He's never said that before. But he's never said it since.. We haven't been as close since that night.. You would have thought It would bring us closer but no, he says we should have a open relationship.
I can't believe I gave my virginity to such a jerk. He acts like it didn't even happen!
I storm outside and fall from the step.
" ouch " I scream.
Suddenly I feel two strong arms lift me up.
" maybe you should take them heels off " the voice laughs. A voice i seemed to recognise.
" thanks " i say looking up.
" kyle? "
" chloe " he says laughing and sitting me down on the small garden chair.
" allow me? " he asks leaning down.
I nod and he carefully takes off my now broken and ripped heels.
" I never liked them anyway " I joke referring to my heels.
Kyle laughs.
" OMG my dress is ripped " I say trying to cover up my legs.
" you can wear one of my jumpers if you like? " kyle asks.
I nod and he carries me upstairs so I can get changed into his clothes and get a bath. His touch felt familiar, but it's just my imagination right? Ive never even spoke to kyle before he cheated on Grace and I automatically classed him as a jerk.
Well technically it was a dare to kiss someone else.. But still.
" here " kyle says handing me a long red jumper. " I'll go and run you a bath " he says exiting the room and closing the door.
Once the bath is done I hop in and clean the mud from my legs and ankles before drying myself off and changing into the long jumper.
" we're shall I put my clothes? " I ask entering Kyles room.
" oh just leave them there I'll wash them for you " kyle insists.
" thanks " I say sitting down next to him on his bed.
" where you crying before? " kyle mumbles looking away.
" uh yeah " I say crossing my legs.
" what's up? " kyle asks leaning back against the head board.
" charlie; " I mumble.
" oh " he murmurs.
We sit in silence before he decides to break the ice.
" I'm sure you two will fix whatever the problem is "
" I don't no he doesn't even remember us having sex " I blurted out.
" not like you should know that.. Shit " I whisper.
" it's fine " kyle laughs. Clearly faking his laughter.
" it's just when he kisses me it doesn't feel the same and when I try to convince myself I'm being stupid.. I don't know" I mumble.
" it's fine chloe really " kyle insists.
I smile weakly and he returns it.
" Charlie's lucky to have you "
" he acts like he doesn't care.. I mean I gave him my virginity" I mumble.
Kyle closed his eyes when I said that. I wonder why?
" you should probably rest your ankle it looks swollen " kyle says changing the subject.
" yeah thanks " I say laying on his bed.
" I'll get you some ice " he says leaving the room frantically and closing the door behind him.
I leant back on the soft pillows and stared into space.
