Breathless (Kirishima x Midoriya)

Part 25

Midoriya's PoV

After graduation, becoming heroes

''I'm going to America with Tsu for a year then we're moving back over here.'' Uraraka says excitedly.

''It's going to be epic but the rules are weird over there. kero. Did you know that to interfere with a villain, the local police station has to contact you personally and ask for help. kero. It's strange but you can't just stop a robbery if you see one unless someone of a higher, kero, power asks you too.'' Tsu says.

''That does sound weird but I guess it makes sense because normal police officers don't have to worry about collateral damage so if they can take a villain down without much fuss then they should probably do that rather than a hero who's at more risk to destroy something.'' I mumble. ''Hey Kachan, are you still wanting to start an agency?'' I ask, remembering what he used to say as kids.

''I don't know, I'd only want to enlist all you guys but you probably already have agencies begging to sign you.'' he says with a slight grimace.

''Well yeah but I'd rather work with my friends who I know are good heroes because I trained with them and- oh, sorry. I'd rather sign with you.'' I say, starting to mumble again but catching myself.

''Me too.'' Eijiro chimes.

''I wouldn't sign with anyone else if a gun was to my head.''

''I'd love to sign with you.'' Kami and Sero chime in.

''Is uncle Katsuki making a hero agency?!'' Ryo asks excitedly. I pick him up and sit him on my hip, my arm around him. Ryo's only 2 and a half but he's really intelligent and he's already at the level a 5 year old should be at. We also found out that I did have a quirk, an analytical and intelligence one which I passed onto Ryo. There was still no explanation to why I had both toe joints and I don't know why I still remember that but I stopped stressing about all that a while ago.

''You'd really sign with me?'' he asked in a surprised manner and both squads and the girls nod. The others already knew who they were signing with and weren't as close with us but the girls and both squads were super close. ''Well then, we better figure out how the fuck you start an agency huh?''

''Oh, Kachan, how's your mother doing? I noticed she wasn't here.'' I say.

''She's still torn up over aunt Inko, they were best friends since kindergarten.'' he says. 

''Has she even seen Ryo yet, maybe we should visit her too, make sure she's coping okay. I don't want what happened to my mom to happen to yours.'' I suggest. He thinks for a moment before nodding.

3 months later

''Now onto Ground Zero, do you have anything to say?'' the reporter asks and the camera pans to Kachan. We wanted to be there but at the same time, there was already so many reporters so we decided to leave Kachan and Mina to deal with it. Me and Eijiro being the only ones who know Mina and Kachan are together and everyone confused as to why he chose Mina.

''Yes, I do have a few things to say, thank you. First off, I just want to say that for the past 3 months, I, along with 10 other heroes have been working hard to renovate the building behind us. We have officially finished the whole building and I am proud to announce that this is going to be the main headquarters for the Ground Zero agency. My friends and I, along with many others who I will be personally thanking, have worked hard to get this far.

The agency is currently working on the papers for some of the heroes we're signing and I'm also happy to say that we've been given the okay to take students in for work studies and more. We are only waiting for the heroes to sign their respective papers and Ground Hero Agency will officially be up and running and to celebrate, we'll be holding a fan signing right here on Sunday.'' Kachan says with a smile. Since Mineta... well, he's been a lot nicer and more civil. 

Still wants to kill a few selective people or anyone that's homophobic, transphobic, racist et cetera or anyone who insults his friends.

The news flicks over to something in America and at first we were going to turn it off until we see Uraraka and Tsu fighting some big villain with Viridian Viper. He's basically a reptile but he can also charm reptiles and people with reptile style quirks. He's pretty cool and he agreed to sign Uraraka and Tsu for the year before graduation.

''They've become quite popular in America.'' Momo states.

''Yeah, they're really smart too.'' Hagakure adds.

''But they're oblivious.'' Iida continues to add and we all chuckle.

''You know who else is oblivious?'' I ask with a grin. ''Momo and Jirou.'' I flash a shit-eating grin as the two flush with embarrassment. ''I'm not wrong tho.''

''Would now be a good time to mention we're dating?'' Momo asks in embarrassment.

''WhAaaAaAAaAaAaaTtT?!?!'' Kaminari and Sero screech and Todoroki just laughs.

''You say they're oblivious but has noone noticed that Kirishima and Midoriya are engaged? Have been since our first year party when they got fused together. Where did you think they went?'' Todoroki says with a giggle. He's humoured by the fact that no one noticed.

''You guys are idiots.'' we hear from the door. Kachan and Mina are back- holding hands?! Holy shit, are they finally telling the others? Kachan lets go of Mina's hand as he closes the door and puts the keys in the bowl. ''Why did I let you convince me it was a good idea to have a clubhouse?'' he groans as he sits on the sofa adjacent from the one me and Eijiro are on.

Mina sits next to him with her typical smile before her face contorts slightly. ''Auntie Mina?'' I here from the other doorway. 

''Ryo, you're supposed to be asleep.'' Eijiro says, hoisting him over the back of the sofa and sitting him in his lap.

''Sorry...'' he mumbles before continuing what he was saying earlier. ''Auntie Mina, are you okay?'' he asks.

''I'm not sure... I feel a little nauseous.'' she says somewhat calmly. She sits there silent for a moment and Kachan starts telling everyone about the agency and that we need to sign our papers and stuff. Her face contorts again then she stands up and drags me to the bathroom. ''Do I look bigger than normal?'' she asks, pulling her shirt around her belly tightly.

Her stomach looks distended and swollen and at first, I wanted to say no so I didn't hurt her feelings until I realised what she was suggesting. ''You slept with him?'' I whisper excitedly and she nods.

''A few months before graduation so maybe, 7 months ago? I hadn't really thought about it much but I've missed my last few periods, my stomachs grown larger and I feel nauseous.'' she says.

''Do you want me to get some pregnancy tests? I can get them when I go grocery shopping later so no one sees.'' I suggest and she nods with a worried smile. ''Don't worry if you are pregnant, he'll be happy, have you seen how carefully he handles Ryo?'' I say and she smiles, looking a little less worried.

We head back into the main room and join the conversation saying nothing. Mina and Kachan play with Ryo while Hagakure talks to Iida and Todoroki. Kami, Sero, Jirou and Momo are all talking and Eijiro joins them after a moment. I tell them I'm going shopping, flashing a smile to Mina, before leaving.
