Part 11

Midoriya's PoV

A month later

''So guys, It's winter formal in a week, you can have the day off today to go shopping but know, you will be escorted too and fro by a pro hero and me. You will stick to groups of 3-5 and we will meet back up at 2 for roll call and food before coming back to the dorms.'' Mr Aizawa says and the class cheers. I glance at Ei who gives a smile. We stand up and follow sir out to the school coach. We meet Kamui Woods there and we do a roll call before piling onto the bus.

I remember watching Kamui Woods' debut, it was epic and so was Mount Lady's but who would've expected it to happen on the same day, fighting the same villain. I sit Next to Ei. The seats are likes booths, 3 seats on either side. Next to Ei is Mina who we told about us about a week ago after she burst into my room and saw us cuddling and taking selfies. She refused to leave until we admitted we were dating.

Across from us was Sero, Kaminari and Kachan. I sneakily slithered my hand down my side and grabbed Ei's hand. He jumped slightly but intertwined our fingers and held my hand. We talked for a while and soon enough, the guys in the booth beside us, Iida, Uraraka, Tsu, Todoroki and Tokoyami joined the conversation.

Soon, the coach stopped and we piled out and into the mall. I had a bad feeling as I let go of Ei's hand to stand up and it only got worse when I stepped into the mall. Ei noticed and we grouped up, me and Ei were staying with Mina and Kachan who also knew we were dating because and I quote ''You know we're dating so he should know you're dating, fairsies.'' which isn't a word but I know Kachan and he won't tell so it was whatever.

We walk to a dress shop first for Mina who took a while because she was trying on dresses. She finds one she likes so I wait at the doors of the store with Ei while she pays. I feel that feeling in my stomach grow stronger again so I look around, maybe it's a villain or something. That's when I see her. I grab Ei's hand out of instinct and he flinches slightly before following my gaze.

Aoi skips towards us with a grin on her pretty, pale face. ''What do you want Aoi?'' I snark as she pouts.

''That's mean.'' she says, bouncing on the balls of her feet. ''And I'd watch your tone because I know more than he does, undoubtedly.'' she grins.

''You wouldn't and anyway, the court made you sign an NDA so I'd just call me lawyer with a few clicks and you'd have landed yourself a free pass to jail.'' I smirk. ''And Ei loves me so you'd accomplish nothing by telling him.'' I say with a smug smile.

''Fuck of Aoi, leave him alone.'' I hear from behind me then an explosion fired her way. ''And don't forget the restraining order I have against you. That's still a thing for 4 more months. And before you start another scene, I'll tell the police...'' Kachan leans closer and whispers something in her ear.

''You wouldn't, little Izu's too ashamed to admit he's just a useless slut. Wouldn't want to hurt him?'' she says before skipping off.

''What the fuck?!'' Mina says in confusion and Ei just nods.

''My psycho ex, we both have restraining orders against her meaning we need to find one of the pros.'' I say and pull Ei slightly. The others follow suit and I let go of Ei's hand. We head to the food court and soon enough I see Aizawa sensei. I wave to him and he groans slightly as he watches us make our way to him. Once I get there, he looks a little nervous. Probably because I'm almost crying.

''Um, Aoi violated the restraining orders again... and she almost broke her NDA.'' I say, stopping once or twice to stop myself from crying. Aizawa pulls me into a hug for a second before crouching down slightly to my level.

''I'll contact your mom and the police now.'' he says before going on his phone and dialling a number. I sit down at a table beside him and the others sit with me.

''When did you get a restraining order against her and what's with the NDA?'' Kachan asks and I look down. I put my hands on the table and twiddle my thumbs.

''Those three weeks I was off. Right at the start, there was a court trial. She's not allowed with 20 feet of me and can't contact me in any way. She also has a non-disclosure agreement but that's private and I'd rather not say here or anywhere to be honest even though I know I'll have to...'' I admit sheepishly.

Ei rests a hand on mine and I look up at him. He just smiles sweetly at me and squeezes my hand slightly. He doesn't literally say anything but his actions say 'Hey, it's okay.' so I smile back. After a moment, I calm down and we head to get milkshakes before sitting back down at the table.

''I'm sorry guys, I've ruined this.'' I say nervously.

''Hey, it's fine. Mr Aizawa's off the phone and we can go now.'' Mina smiles. We sip our milkshakes before getting up and meeting with Sero and Kaminari who had just messaged Ei asking to join them. We met them outside of a suit store and we started shopping again.
