"Saan ka daw probinsya ipapadala, babes?" naluluhang tanong ni Sari sa akin.
I'm in Fire's condo again. Packing.
"Di ko alam, babes. Basta malayo daw." natatawa kong sagot sa kanya.
Wila is with Fire, she was starting to pack her things too. I am starting to get some of my stuff too.
Nililinis namin ang condo ni Fire for this Sunday. Nag impake na din si Wila at Sari pero mas nauna silang matapos. Tinutulungan lang ako ni Sari kase nalate ako ng dating kaninang umaga at dahil roommate ko siya.
Dad just let me be with my friends until Fire leaves. Pero after Fire leaves, aalis na din dapat ako. Kaya nakakaiyak din. For four years, halos yung condo ni Fire ang naging bahay namin. Saksi yung condo niya ng lahat ng away, tawanan at iyakan namin.
After getting some stuff, nagdiretso na kami ni Sari sa kwarto ni Fire. Kumuha lang din siya ng konti, puro travel bags lang ang dala namin. Iniisip kase namin babalik pa kami dito. Because we really do.
"Ok na kayo?" Tanong ni Wila sa amin.
We all nodded and we headed outside Fire's room.
"Let's go! Let's make our last the most memorable..." Fire said.
It is so hard to think that this is our last. And I hope right now, time freezes.
"Let's goooo!" sabay sabay naming sagot habang tumatawa.
We locked Fire's condo and had our last look in it. Naiyak pa nga kami habang sinasarado yun. Si Sari nga nagtatakbo pa sa may counter bago isara, nakalimutan niya daw na may oreo pa dun kukunin niya daw.
While we are heading towards the parking lot, lots of people are eyeing on us on the lobby of our condo. Maybe because we all have our travel bags and then we all wear the same clothes that we bought in a festival in the beach.
It is a two piece set of clothes. The top is a slash neck shirt in color white and the bottom is a high waist denim shorts with dangling circles in the both sides. We also wear the same shoes, the Puma Storm. Y Metallic casual shoes. We just have different belts and hairstyles. My lazy self just decided to put my hair in a lazy bun.
"Saan na tayo ngayon?" biglang tanong ni Sari.
We are putting our backpacks in the trunk when Sari asked that.
"Roadtrip? or Just car pool around the area?" tanong pa ulit nito.
"Boring ang around the area! Doon tayo sa mga 3 to 4 hour drive!" singit ni Fire.
Pumasok muna kami sa kotse ni Sari at saka nagdiretso muna papuntang cafe or fastfood na lang. Nagugutom na naman kami eh.
Si Wila ang nagdadrive at si Sari sa may shot gun seat. Kaming dalawa ni Fire sa backseat. Nasa phone kami parehas ni Fire searching for a nice place to go. Until I spotted something that is just a 3-4 hour drive from Manila.
"How about Pangasinan?" bigla kong tanong sa kanila.
"Ano gagawin natin doon aber?" tanong agad ni Fire.
"Hiking bukas sa Mount Balungao. Doon tayo manood ng sun rise. Tas mamaya pagkadating natin sa Pangasinan, tara sa Tayug Sunflower Eco Park. Doon tayo for sunset. Ano G?" napaisip sila sa sinabi ko and then silence filled us.
