We are silent. Feeling the crashing of memories in our minds fill the whole atmosphere. None of us dared to talk but I will...

"How was life going for you?" he looked quite shocked with my question.

"Was it hard? Was it full of resentment? Was it painful? If I were somebody else, I might have lashed out on you already or curse you but thinking how conscience almost killed me, it might have been tougher for you." 

"Yeah...it w-was. Every n-night I would be h-hunted for staying with you. E-every night was filled with t-thoughts of h-how did I end up like t-this? Killing m-my b-brother, t-tita and my b-best friend." 

"It is painful and will always be. It would be the scar I tried to conceal a lot of times but deep inside brings me chaos all the time."

"I guess we are both lost souls trying to find our own path. Trying to figure it out."

I looked up the sky and stood up. I can feel his gaze at my back as the ruffling of the grass signaled he stood up too.

I went to the edge of the cliff where we jumped before. I sat there and let my feet dangle. Sooner later, he was sitting beside me.

"Maybe we just have to wipe our tears to see the path clearly. Maybe we just have to put down everything that's heavy..." I heaved another deep sigh as tears on my face were already dried.

"You see in my dreams, Renzo always ask the both of us that 'When the right comes, will you still heal each other?' and for a fact I think it was insane. Thinking it through, maybe he knew this day would come...."

"For us to finally be free. For us to finally be happy. For us to finally move on. And for us to be finally healed." I met his gaze and pointed up the stars.

"Look, he's watching us saying that---"

"We look silly for crying too much." then we both laughed with what he said.

"Ridge, maybe it's the right time for us to finally heal each other..."

I stood up and stretched my arms before offering him my hand. He took it of course.

"Shout." I told him.
