11. Dare or shots

The gala went on in a blur at least for me and every other heir or heiress. All we actually cared about was the after party.

A party without the prying eyes of our parents who expect us to act and behave in an acceptable manner.

At the after parties we all let loose and forget that all our parents hate each other.

Although Theo was a mafia boss now he still attended. He is young after all.

The whole club was bought out for the night, being rich will get you that.

The illusive smell of alcohol and drugs filled the club but the loud pumping music drained it out.

I wasn't planning on drinking tonight. For one my tolerance is quite low. Just one shot and I could be pole dancing in mere minutes.

My refusal to drink didn't stop Axel and the squad. Oh and Tracy was here too. How I wish I could drown her in sweaty jeans.

"Guys let's play a game". Jackson said through the music.

"I'm not really up for it". I said because I knew any game Jackson was referring to would end in me getting drunk.

"Oh come on baby girl don't be a buzz kill". I looked up to see who it was. And it was Theo and Isa was right behind him.

"Why are you here Theo?" I asked him

"Our date isn't over quite yet"

Jackson pulled me down and whispered in my ear. "C'mon Lex just roll with. It's not everyday I get to hang out with such hotness"

"Alright then but Isa can't play"

"You little..." Isa was cut off by Axel.

"If you even complete that statement I'll serve your tongue to a rat"

"Chill guys, no need to be...." We all cut Tracy off and said in unison, "shut up Tracy!!".

"What game Jackson?" Tessa asked.

"Well I think we should play the classic. Truth or Dare"

"Hell no!" We all said in unison.

"Then what are we gonna play?" Jackson asked the group." Hold up let's play a better version. Dare or shots"

"Dare or shots?" Kessa asked.

"Yeah, it's all dares. If you can't do the dare you take a shot". Jackson explained. "So vodka or Tequila?"

The game started off lightly, but soon the whole place was wild. All the dares were just dumb and fun. Jackson basically twerked upside down.

I made out with Tessa. Kessa seduced a waiter and now it was Theo's turn.

"So hot stuff, what will your dare be". Jackson said tapping on his cheek. "I want you to make out with Lexi"

"What!!!. No way in hell is that happening". Axel said giving Jack the death stare.

"C'mon let them decide if they wanna make out".

"I don't want to. I'll take the shot instead". I said

"Okay. But since you're forfeiting his dare you're gonna take four shots"

"No way. I'll take the shots for her". Theo offered.

"Just let them spilt it instead". Tessa suggested.

"Alright then". Theo took his rather fast and looked like it was nothing. I quickly put on my big girl panties and took the first shot.

I felt a shiver down my spine. Then I took the second.

From that point on wards I lot control.

I watched her take the last shot. I felt kinda bad, she rather drink when she knows her tolerance is bad than kiss me.

Everyone went on with the game but soon we started to become less. Axel had to take that Tracy girl home, so he left Carla, I mean Alexa with Jackson.

Just a mere glance at Jackson I knew he was the exact same as Harley. And knowing Harley, she was gonna try and leave Alexa and I alone together.

"C'mon twins I'll take you home, and you too Isa". He said grabbing on to Isa's arm.

"I don't wanna go home. I want to wait for Theo". Isa nagged.

"Just let the man be come along. Yo Theo do me a favour and drop Lexi home"

I gave him a slight nod telling him that I would. I never really liked talking much. I was only able to talk when it came to her.

It was quite funny watching her go on a drinking spree after only two shots.

"C'mon baby I'll take you home". I told her while helping her get up.

"Why are you so nice to me. I really wanna hate you but you keep being sweet and calling me dumb pet names". Okay now I knew she was drunk.

"I do all that because I'm still madly in love with you"

"Love huh?"

"Yes love"

"Bitch you don't know what love is". She said as she slumbed back on the chair.

"Alright then educate me"

"I don't know either. But I know if you love someone you won't want to see them hurt. You won't want to see them cry"

"I never want to see you cry or hurt baby"

"Then why did you leave me to die in the car, do you know how much I've cried because of you. And when I think I can finally move on you show up out of nowhere"

"Listen I didn't leave you to die. After the accident you were unconscious and I was weak. I tried getting you out but I couldn't so I went up the road to see if anyone could help"

"Then why weren't you at the hospital when I woke up?"

"After I dropped you at the hospital, my dad texted me. I had alot to deal with by the time I got to the hospital the doctor said you were gone. Then I tried your house but Laura said you left town"

"But you didn't try to find me"

"I did. And I knew exactly where you were. I just wanted you to be happy with your real family and I knew my presence there would only make you upset"

I looked over and she was asleep. I actually just spoke my heart out and she fell asleep.
