43. Date Night

It's been a couple of days since Gabby came. And I haven't heard a word from either her or Isa. And it's obvious they're planning something.

Alas today wasn't the day to think about them.

Last night I had gone to collect the custom made ring I got for Alexa.

It wasn't like an engagement ring or anything. It was more like a promise ring. I'm totally sure I want to spend my life with her. But I don't know if along the line she changes her mind. I won't blame her though instead I would want her to be happy.

Taking a sip of my coffee I felt the vibration of my phone from my pocket.

I looked at the caller ID. It read 'Mi casa'. And that's what I saved Alexa's number as. Because I know no matter where I go she'll always be my home.

"Do you want to build a snowman". She sang when I answered the call.

"No. But I want to make a baby". She froze for a while before saying something. It was obvious she was hiding a blush.

"Good luck making one on your own.". She chuckled before she continued. "So we're still on for dinner right".

"Yes we are. I'll pick you up at 7".

"Okay. I'll be ready. And if I'm not home just assume I've been kidnapped because there's no way I'm missing out on this. It's going to be our official second date".

"Do you still remember the first?". I asked as I recalled all the memories in one go.

"Of course I do. You were really sweet back then. Now you're just grumpy".

"Whatever you say. And remember. Don't wear anything too hard to take off".

"Byeee!!". She screamed right before she ended the call. I could only smile at her antics.

"Byeee!!". I screamed before I ended the call.

Being back with Theo has been like a fairytale come true. It's like all the bad blood between us was never there.

He has gone back to the way he was. Charming cute and totally annoying. And he definitely became more of a tease than he was.

I couldn't help but blush whenever he talked to me. Or sent a text. Even just him looking at me gave me butterflies.

I felt like a freshman who just had her first boyfriend. It's all just so magical.

I moved around the house happily all day. Giving Cole instructions on my phone.

Cole and I have become really close ever since he brought me back to my senses. I think after Jackson Cole's my closest friend.

Still beaming with so much joy and excitement I checked the time on my phone and it was 5:28.

I jumped up imediately and ran to my room. I had only an hour and half to get ready.

There's no way I can make it that fast. But hell I was gonna try.

Curse you reality TV you made me lose track of time.

I ran into my room and I applied the beauty mask I had bought. It was supposed to stay on for 30 mins but I took it off after 15.

There's no time to waste. I repeat no time to fucking waste.

I sat in the bathtub giving my body a gentle scrub. I wonder what Theo's doing. He's probably ready now. He might think I'm one of those girls who takes forever to get ready.

I sat in front of the TV still wearing only sweatpants.

I looked at my phone to see what the time was. It was 5:30. I still had an hour before I need to get ready.

I glanced over my phone again and it was already 6. God knows there's no way I'm getting ready before 7.

"Hey can I come in". I heard a voice calling from outside my room.

"Just a minute". I quickly threw on a hoodie and shorts before opening the door.

"Hey Gabby. Can I help you with anything".

"Yeah. I got something for your brother and I don't know if it's any good so I wanted to show you first".

"I'm sure he will like anything as long as it's from you." I was trying so hard not to leave her hanging and go get ready.

"Just please check it out. It's in my car just 5 minutes". God she doesn't know I don't have 5 minutes.

The things I do for Axel.

"Alright then. But you have to make it quick. I have somewhere to be".

"Thanks Alexa". She said. She grabbed my arm and started dragging me along like a little kid.

We got to her car and she told me to get in the back seat so that she could grab what she bought from the trunk.

I sat there and waited and when I saw her she held something in her hand and then I saw it swinging towards me.

Next thing I know, I felt a sharp pain on my head and everything went black.
