"Has the council sent a letter here yet?"

"Yeah, it just came this morning."

"When's the meeting?"

"Today at twelve"

Luciano looked at Caleb then at the paperwork she was doing, scoffing as he left the office. She stood up and went over to the door, locking it. She looked around the medium sized room, maroon desk against the far wall with bookshelves lining the left and right walls. Filled with her books. She grabbed a large box and started emptying the shelves, stacking the boxes neatly on top of each other. A picture frame tumbled off the shelf and towards the floor; Luci catching it and looking at it. The photograph was of her and Jackriel, sat together doing funny faces at the camera while she sat on his lap. "I remember this" she chuckled softly, setting the photo in the box along with a bunch of books she wrote. He kept all of these? She sighed and closed the now full box.

Luci tugged on the loose dress, it's dark blue color contrasting with her blue eyeliner. Her hair in loose curls, she applied lip gloss to her plump lips before tugging on her black ankle boots. Micah was playing Flappy Bird on her phone, glancing up at her he blinked "Dang, is this a dream?" He teased her, rolling her eyes Luci turned to him "Do I look good?"

"Are seagulls annoying?"

"Fair enough" Luci wanted to scratch her face, her lips and at the corner of her eyes but she didn't. Yay her. She walked out of the room where she resided temporarily, leaving Micah alone with her cellphone and making her way to the door, leaving the house and walking over to the Beta's house. She sucked in a breath, wanting to just go back inside and curl up under her bed sheets to watch The Backyardigans. She brought her fist up and knocked on the door gently, waiting a few seconds as the door swung open to reveal Toby. A shocked expression on his face "Luna!" He leapt at her to hug her prompting her to move out of the way. "Sorry, we'll hug and stuff later. We gotta get going" she said to him, she didn't want to hug any of them; not because she didn't want to. No, that was kind of a lie, she didn't want to be around them but mostly because Kylar would go after their hide next. Toby nodded and went further into the house, inviting her inside. She politely declined and stood outside, she didn't want to see his mate just yet. She could already smell her, that was enough for now.

Once they were out of the house they all went to Luci's car. Upon getting in a spark of vigorous dread hit her in waves, she shivered a little and tried to push it away "Hey Kylar...? Don't come here. I'm doing a very important meeting for them" She mind-linked Kylar, Kylar's gruff deeply voice soon played in her head, making her swoon slightly. "Do tell me when you're done, so I can be with you~" She rolled her eyes telling him 'Roger that' before turning the key in the ignition, as the car purred to life and she started to drive to the council Hall the dread kicked in full swing.

Those words played cat and mouse in her mind, quieting the other before it was said then the cycle repeats itself as if on loop, she recognized the second one all too well but why was she talking to her now? She scoffed and blocked them out when they got too loud. "Luna, I'm so sorry" Tahli's voice reached her ears, however soft she spoke. Luci wanted to ignore her, to not speak her mind so she held her tongue and counted to three so she could find something else to say, she ended up at ten then twenty-five before she opened her mouth. The words heavy on her tongue, she didn't want to say that, at all. She wanted to throw her past in her face, as she had done to her. But she was in a pickle, she couldn't exactly leave after. "You're forgiven, just be cautious" she spoke through gritted teeth, her eyes trained on the road ahead as she pulled into a gated community, parking in front of a large building. She put the car in park and looked over at the two in the back seat, Tahli's eyes met Luci's; they held sadness but understanding and also a sliver of happiness that she was forgiven. If she tries to touch Luci she'll getting punched, end of story prompt. Periodtt poo. Ew, why'd I write that? Eh I'mma keep it in.

Luciano shook her head and got out of the car, keys in hand. She paused mid step as she realised. Shit he's dead- we'll just say he's sick. The feeling of dread hit her once more like a slap to the face from Kylar, this one hurt her actually, cramping her chest a little. Luci, Toby and, Tahli entered the building seeing the other Alphas and Lunas with their betas.

As the meeting commenced a figure walked in "Sorry I'm late, Alpha Drayton and Alpha DeFravo" A voice said making Luci pause her conversation with one of the Lunas and turn her head. She had to hold her tongue before she said something inappropriate, eyes trained on the male which claimed the position as Alpha of her pack as he walked towards her, sitting down beside her like he wasn't dead for a few months.
