Chika X You Yuri Oneshots

YouChika as kids, school field trip (part 1)

7 year old Chika emptied all her school supplies out of her backpack and started filling it with pajamas, clothes, and, of course, mikans. She was going on a school field trip that the class got to stay on overnight! They were going to Tokyo! She had never been there before, so she was really excited. The class was going to get to look through some shops, visit some shrines, and eat at fun restaurants.

During the night, they were going to get to stay at a hotel. Each room needed an adult to watch the kids and two or more kids. Chika had already planned to share a room with You. When the teacher had mentioned the roommate rules during class a few days ago, the two had immediately looked at each other and smiled.

"Chika, come on! You're going to be late for the bus!" Mito said and walked into the room with an annoyed expression. Chika quickly got up and ran out of the room, past Mito. "Sorry, Mito-nee!" She called as she ran. She got to the door and ran to the bus, which was just about to leave. The bus drive saw her and waited for her to get on. Chika sat down in the back. She was small enough that her feet didn't touch the ground, so she kicked her feet around a little with excitement.

The bus got to You's stop. You jumped into the bus and ran over to Chika and sat by her. She took her backpack off and set it next to her. "Chika-chan! Todays the day we go on our field trip!" She said excited and her eyes sparkled. "I know! I packed a bunch of snacks and other stuff!" Chika replied with equal excitement. "I packed some snacks too! What did you bring?" You asked. "Just mikans." Chika replied. She opened her backpack. There was a one pair of clothes, one pair of pajamas, and the rest of the bag was stuffed with a pile of mikans.

You looked at all the mikans and her eyes widened with shock. "Chika-chan, I know you like mikans, but I didn't realize you like them that much!" She said. Chika giggled "I had to pack a whole bunch so we don't run out!" She said, but there was probably enough mikans in the backpack to last her a week. "So, what did you bring?" Chika asked. You opened her bag. There was two pairs of clothes, one pair of pajamas, a plushie of the walrus Uchichi, and a bunch of snacks like Pocky, Taiyaki, and Daifuku.

"Wow, you brought a lot of really yummy snacks, You-chan! Can we share our snacks?" Chika asked. She wanted some of You's snacks. "Sure! I brought plenty of snacks, so we can share." You replied. The bus arrived at the school, so they went to their class. After the teacher made sure everyone was there, they got on another bus that brought them to the train station. Then they all got on a train. Luckily there was only two classes, so the train wasn't too full. Chika found a seat that no one else was sitting in and quickly took the window seat. Then You sat next to her.

"I want the window seat on the way back from Tokyo." You said. They both liked window seats. "Aww, alright." Chika agreed. Once all the kids got on the train, then the adults that would be sharing a hotel room with the kids got on. Suddenly, one of the adults sat next to Chika. Chika looked up and realized it was her mom. "O-Okaa-san?" Chika asked and looked surprised. Her mom chuckled a little. "Hey, Chika." She said, then she looked at You "Hey, You-chan." She said.

"What are you doing here? I thought you couldn't come because of work." Chika asked. "I talked to my boss about it, and he thought this was more important, so I get a couple days off work. I'll be sharing a room with you too." Chika's mom explained. "Why didn't you tell me sooner? I would've packed extra mikans for you!" Chika asked. "I wanted it to be a surprise! Also, you already took all the mikans in the house, Chika." Chika's mom said.

Chika looked guilty. "Oh... I did..?" She asked. Chika's mom sighed and nodded. "I checked all your secret stashes, and they were empty." She said. "H-huh? How did you find my secret mikan stashes?!" Chika asked and stood up. The train started moving so she stumbled and fell back into her seat. "Sorry, Chika, they weren't hard to find." Chika's mom said and patted her head sympathetically.

Chika pouted a little. She had worked hard to find hiding spots and even had to stand on a chair to reach some of them. Then she realized something. Her mom wasn't very tall, so how did her mom find those high up places? "Wait, Okaa-san? How did you find the stashes that I hid up high?" She asked. "Oh, your father found those." Her mom explained. Chika's dad was really tall. "Oh..." she said.

"Don't worry though, I'm not going to steal from your stashes or tell you to stop making them since mikans are healthy. But if you were stashing something unhealthy like candy, then I might." Her mom said. That made Chika feel a little better. The train arrived at a station in Tokyo, then the class got out. The teachers from both classes gave them directions. "You can go where you want, but you must have an adult and your roommate with you at all times. If I hear that one of you purposely leave the adult watching you, your trip will end early and you'll get to do extra homework." One teacher said.

"Adults, please make careful decisions on where you let the kids go and keep an eye on them at all times. Also, make sure to have the kids in the hotel by the time it gets dark." The second teacher said. Then they could go wherever they wanted. Chika wanted to run around and skip, but her backpack was too heavy, so she had to walk. "Where should we go first?" Chika's mom asked.

Both Chika and You looked around a little. "Theres a toy store over there!" Chika said and pointed to a shop with some toys in it's window. "That looks fun! Can we go there?" You asked and looked at Chika's mom, who nodded. "Yay!" Chika and You shouted. Then they ran walked into the store and looked at all the toys. Chika got so distracted looking at the toys, that she accidentally bumped into someone.

It was another little girl. "Ow.." she said. Chika quickly looked at her. The girl had dark reddish-purple hair and light brown eyes. Her hair was in pigtails too. Chika quickly apologized to her. "I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was walking. Are you ok?" She asked. "It's alright, I'm fine." The little girl replied. She looked at a dog plushie and shivered a little. "Are you afraid of dogs?" Chika asked. The other girl nodded. "Their fangs scare me." She said.

You ran over to Chika and grabbed her arm. "Come on, Chika-chan! I found some really cute sea creature plushies!" She said. "Sea creature plushies? I wanna see!" Chika said. Then she waved goodbye to the little girl and followed You. There was a shelf with lots of sea creatures. Chika looked at them all carefully. Then she saw a large shrimp plushie. "I want that!" She said. She picked it up and hugged it. You looked at the plushies and grabbed a baby harp seal one. Then they both looked at Chika's mom. "Can we get these?" They asked, almost in perfect sync.

"Sure." Chika's mom replied and smiled. Then they bought the plushies and left the store. "I want to put this plushie on my bed when I get home so I can see it everyday!" Chika said while looking at her shrimp plushie. She couldn't wait to see what other places they could go to in Tokyo!
