"Happily ever after," I smiled at the little girl who was sitting, still listening intensely to my story, "The end."

She started jumping around me, "And then you and Zuko got married! Then you became a grand-master in the Order of the White Lotus! Then you had a kid! Then-"

I laughed, "Then I got old."

She giggled, "And then you came and found me!"

I ruffled the girl's hair, "There were a few things you didn't mention, but that's the main stuff."

Katara stood in the doorway with the little girl's mother, "Are you being a bad influence on Korra again?"

I laughed, "What's the point in being an influence if you aren't a slightly bad one?"

I stood, dusting off my robe, "But no. I'm not corrupting the young Avatar. Just telling her a story or two."

Senna laughed politely, "Lady (Y/N), that seems to be all you do these days

Senna laughed politely, "Lady (Y/N), that seems to be all you do these days."

I shrugged, "Hey! Find something you love, might as well do it when you get the chance. And don't call me Lady (Y/N). Makes me feel old."

I picked up Korra in my arms, she was sleepy and I needed to get her to bed. I have been telling her stories for hours now.

I handed Korra off to her mother, "Goodnight Korra."

She smiled as her mom carried her off, "Night Aunty (Y/N)~"

I laughed as she fell asleep in her mother's arms.

Katara looked me up and down, "You're still a grand-master?"

I smirked, "Someone has to keep the older White Lotus traditions. One of those traditions happens to be being old. So I have it covered."

She laughed, "Man, I can't believe we were enemies once."

"You might have considered me an enemy," I started walking out with her, "But I never was against you."

"You just couldn't say no to your lover boy," She giggled, "Speaking of Zuko..."

"He's doing Fire lord stuff," I snickered, "And watching over little Iroh 2.0."

"You left him alone with the grand kid?"

I shrugged, "It forces him to pay attention to him. I know he cares about him, but he just gets distracted sometimes."

"I know what that's like."

"Speaking of kids," I looked at the slightly younger woman smugly, "How's the three little monsters?"

"Not so little," She laughed then looked at the ground, "Kya plans to move here soon, but it's been hard."

I sat down next to her in her own home, "Hey, you do know I'm always here for you?"

"I know, I know," She chuckled, "But you have your own life. I've relied on you enough in my life. Take care of yourself."

"Fine mom," I rolled my eyes, "I'll go to bed mom."

She rolled her eyes, "You never change (Y/N)."

"Why thank you!" I placed my hand on her shoulder, "But in all seriousness, I've relied on you too. We have leaned on each other. It's okay if you need a little more help. It's only been five years."

"Thank you."

We hugged.

That was far from the last time I would visit Katara down in the Southern Water Tribe. That was far from the last time I spent hours telling stories to people that had already heard them. That was far from the last time I spent time with Korra. And that was far from the last time I missed the old days.

And little did I know... That was far from the last time I went on a big adventure.
