"You both have to choose wether to give Kei full custody of Keiko or (Y/N) and Kei get married."

"I beg your pardon?" You choke on your water and Tsukishima comes to your aid quickly, patting your back, by instinct.

"(Y/N) sweetheart, listen to us okay?" Your mum says, reaching for your free hand and squeezing it. Your body is itching to withdraw your hand, however your better judgement says to not react, not just yet.

"I'm all ears." You say with a stoic face and a deadpanned tone, but deep inside: you hate this conversation with every inch of your being, been dreading for this day to come and take place.

"We see you struggling as a single mum, supporting your daily needs, and also securing your childs' future. We see how stressed you are. You barely get any sleep and we thought thoroughly about this, Kei here is a fully funded man, he can support your childs future without stressing himself." Your mum explains. Unknowingly tears start to fog your sight, everything she says is true. There's no denying that anymore. You can't do this alone, you barely can. If it weren't for Oikawa and Iwaizumi you would have been a goner by now.

"Mum, we don't need to force her into these things, you know sh-" Yet before he can finish his sentence, you surprisingly cut him off with your voice.

"It's fine, everything mum said is true anyway. I can't support Keiko alone, but I can't marry Kei as well." You say as you rub your eyes. Tsukishima passes you a napkin to wipe your tears. You grab it and wipe your eyes with it, you're just learning accept the painful truth: everything they're saying is true.

"I can't simply give him full custody. Keiko barely even knows him, and even if he does acknowledge Kei as his father, he'll end up looking for Me, Hajime, and Tooru." You say and the other adults raise a brow at you.

"Who is Hajime and Tooru?" Tsukishima's mum asks and you look up at them, their eyes searching for answers.

"They're my roommates." You answer.

"So does that mean they take care of Keiko while you aren't around? And I think Keiko also said that Tooru said that Hajime is his father?" Your father asks, causing you let out a stiff laugh.

"Hajime brings and takes Keiko to school and sometimes when there's a parent teacher conference people think that Hajime is his father, though the look far from a like." You say as you look at your sleeping child in his father's arms.

"I mean Keiko's has your [H/C] hair and your lips with a mix of Kei's eyes and nose, as well as skin tone." Your mum describes Keiko and you nod.

"So, what's your answer to the question?" Your dad goes off topic, looking at you dead in the eye.

"I can't give full custody nor can I marry Kei, I think we can part him, and I think I'm giving him Kei's last name." You look at Tsukishima, though you hate talking about it, you want to give Keiko everything he deserves and everything he needs, even if it means chipping a bit of your pride off.

"Speaking of which, are you two in different relationships?" Tsukishima's father asks causing your eyes to widen. You open your mouth to deny, but it goes dry when your thoughts show Kuroo in your head.

'Kuroo?! What the fuck no! I can't do that to my boss' You say to yourself as your blink away the thought.

"No." Tsukishima says swiftly, they nod at him then their eyes went to you and your eyes widen.

"Same, I didn't engage in other relationships I want to prioritize Keiko." You say and they smile at each other.

"I told you so! Ha!" Your father says to Kei's father and you both were confused.
