22. Mission: Found Her

Armaan's PoV :

"The office starts at 10 am then why had you mailed me to arrive here at 8:30 is there any emergency and why were you in the cellar?" Kunal asked me as soon as he entered the parking area.

"No there is nothing emergency, come let's grab some breakfast" saying that I dragged him towards a nearby restaurant.

"There is no emergency? Then why the hell did you mailed me from the official mail to reach the office this early, being bossy haa? Sending mails from office mail" he asked me seriously.

"I have no option left except being a Boss when you don't lift your damn phone all the day enjoying your date" I replied to him intensely.

"Wohoo man why are you so serious?" he asked me passing the menu. We settled for a simple breakfast.

"Speak something Maan, did something happen yesterday you called me 4 times," Kunal asked me again when I didn't reply him.

'Why will you lift the phone Mr.Ghosh when you were so busy with your date and didn't even lift my call?' I said to him

"I was a little busy with her, so I cut your call, did something happen," he asked munching his Dosa in sambar.

"Why would that even matter? Are you jealous Armaan? If you are jealous let me tell you that The date didn't end well"

"What, the date didn't end well? What had happened?" I asked him.

"Hina, the girl I met is pretty much good, we clicked well we spoke on many topics. I felt like I met my soulmate and I wanted to know more about her at that time I got a few calls from you, so I switched off my mobile. She spoke about her interest in animal photography which I found quite interesting. We went for dinner and that's where the problem started"

'What problem?' I asked him curiously.

"Everything went pretty well and we ordered our dinner that's when she said that she is allergic to fish and she can't even stand the people who eat fish. That's it we parted away", he said eating his Dosa.

"What? Did you part away? What does that mean?"

'That we called it off, I won't meet her again, Simple', he said with food stuffed in his mouth.

"I just can't believe that you called it off just because the girl doesn't eat fish!! That's ridiculous", I shouted at him.

"Why are you shouting Armaan? Thank God the place is less crowded, what would people think if we shout in a public place like this" he said seriously.

"You are worried about people but you didn't think how would the girl feel when you call off the date suddenly," I asked him in a normal pitch.

"You are asking me as if I dumped her, it's mutual Armaan. I explained to her and she understood that. Everyone has some kind of wishes. I do want a person in my life with whom I can enjoy the perfect Machher Kalia. Everyone has their own preferences you can't judge that. You were waiting for some girl for the past 2.5 years without any clue of her existence, should I judge you based on that" he said seriously.

"I haven't judged you Kunal; it's just that I am surprised. One more thing I am not a clueless person I do found something" I said looking down. Kunal stopped eating all of the sudden and shouted with excitement "You found a clue? How did that happen?"

"Why would you want to know that? You were busy in searching in your soul mates when I needed you, then what will you do by knowing that now" I replied not looking at him.

'Ohh so you were angry on me for not taking your calls and here I was feeling happy that I was blessed with a friend who worries about my love life'
